Settle in at this spacious condo by the beach! There's plenty of seating to enjoy the lovely ocean views, even if you'd rather stay in front of the gas fireplace. Of course, there's a great view of the ocean from the private hot tub on this condo's patio. The family-friendly space also includes a full kitchen complete with full-size appliances, a breakfast bar, and quartz countertops. Hardwood and tile-style floors are perfect for sandy toes, and the private washer/dryer will take care of the swimsuits. The beach is just a short walk away - are you ready to relax?

In addition to the beautiful beachfront location, this home is also just three blocks from the Oregon Coast Highway. Enjoy a close proximity to the direct path to beautiful Oregon attractions up and down the coast, as well as delicious local restaurants like The Grill 1646 and The Beach Club and Event Center. Peruse the work of local artists - and maybe take something home! - at the Pacific Artists Co-Op Gallery less than a mile from this condo.

What a wonderful stay! Beautiful property, easy host to communicate with, and the price was fair. The only thing I would say is the patio is located directly above the indoor pool. The views were incredible, but we could not hear the ocean due to the constant hum from the pool below us. Besides that, perfect stay!

The property was clean and in a great location. It had all of the amenities needed for a great stay at the beach. Parking was easy and everything in the unit was operational. We really enjoyed our stay!

The property was nice. It is close to the ocean and as described by the host. Parking was easy and the location is pretty central to a lot of places in Lincoln City.

We really enjoyed the place. We had issues finding the key for the hot tub but that was partly our fault. We missed that it was hanging by the patio door. We also had a hard time finding the propane for the bbq, it was tucked in beside the fridge. The dishwasher bottom rack is missing wheels on one side. Kinda a hassle loading the dishwasher. The fan in the master is very wobbly when turned on hire than low. Room was also very warm due to being above the pool. We did have every thing we needed to cook. Just a suggestion give information as to where the propane and key for hot tub. Maybe even hang the key by the hot tub instructions.

Thanks for the practical suggestions — we will add clearer notes to the welcome guide, hang the hot tub key by the hot tub instructions, and label the propane location. Upon arrival the unit was not cleaned properly. Kitchen floors had food debris all over. Master bedroom had very dirty pillow case. Upon outreach, the property management to send out a cleaner the next day, but I had already cleaned unit in order to feel comfortable sleeping it in that evening. As previous reviews mention, the sound of the pool directly below the unit is very loud and disrupts any peace on the patio,I’ve stayed at a lot of beach rentals and I will not be coming back to this location. I will also seek out other property rental companies that I have experienced higher quality standards from.The view is pretty.

I had to call several times regarding the ID process. I sent it twice and was not sure it was not a scam because of the confusion of ID authorization. Once I got the codes, late the morning I needed to leave, and tried to enter the property it didn't work. The instructions given were not enough. I had to seek a manager to inform me of the minor detail that is needed to utilize the code.

This condo is in a fantastic location right in front of the ocean. It is only a quick 5 minute walk down the street to access the beautiful beach. The property itself looks nice but did have a few issues. We hoped we would be able to have the back door to the patio open so we could hear the waves crashing but this particular unit is located directly above the pool and all you could hear from the balcony was the exhaust fan running 24/7. Both of the mattresses in the bedrooms are terrible and need to be replaced. The shower doors kept coming off the tracks when showering. One shower drained so slow water filled up in it, the dishwasher is missing a wheel and doesn’t roll well, the pots and pans are all Teflon coated but so old bits of Teflon were coming off into our food and the hot tub looked to be about 20 years old and just seemed kind of gross. We still had a good time on our trip to Lincoln City but I would never stay in this particular unit ever again.

Best place to stay on the coast

Amazing Time!
