The house was very nice. Plenty of space. Nice aesthetics. Minutes drive to the beach and Hwy 101. Kitchen items were a bit unorganized, but adequate supplies.

Overall our impression was favorable. There were a couple of small items that need attention- one of the dials on the stove needs replacing was the main issue. We appreciated that restaurants were about a 10 minute walk, yet the house was out of the tsunami zone.

Beautiful large house, very clean, kitchen well stocked. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful area and outdoor spaces. Laundry soap, dish soap, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner provided. We did run out of paper towels and toilet paper, but that was the only problem. Highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed the location very much. Quiet neighborhood and close to the beach.

It was easy to do and we absolutely loved being given the option of a late checkout.

Home is beautiful and spacious for a large group, which is why we rented it for our family vacation. Unfortunately we were told our Mom who uses a walker shouldn't have any issues in the main room and bathroom, but she was unable to enter with her walker. The bench shown in the shower pictures was not available either. Upon entry the home smells mildewy. Primariley in the main bathroom. The towels also have this sent. The home was picked up but not clean. Services and floors were gritty and had hair. The back left burner doesn't work. The last evening our niece found a pair of men's underwear in her pillowcase, which makes me wonder if the cleaning company changes out the pillowcases to the rooms downstairs.

Sewing Retreat

Eight of us gathered to work on a quilt top. Lots of space to spread out, great accommodations, comfy beds, quick drive to the beach.

This was an excellent place to stay, as we had a large group. It wasn’t immaculate, but pretty clean. Very well stocked in the kitchen.A couple of things: the conditioner in the downstairs was empty, and I found out while in the shower. There also was no crab crackers to use. Little things. Also, the upstairs there was complaints that it had a musty smell.I also had a strange experience. Was looking out the front window, and a lady with a dog was just to the south of house (looked like a Lab), she had a shovel and was using it where she was then walked up to our house and dumped whatever was in the shovel into the bushes in front. I thought that was quite strange. She did this twice. We would like to try and rent this for the same week next year, but it says that from October until 2028 it’s unavailable. Please let us know if if we can get it for next year.Thank you very much!

Great experience

My family and I came up to celebrate 3 birthdays as a whole family! We had a fantastic time, very clean, quiet, peaceful home. Not far at all from the beach.

Comfortable and quiet stay great for large family

We enjoyed our stay with several adults and children. Kitchen and dining and living area are nice and open allowing everyone to spread out. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. There is also a pack and play, baby gate, and toys for littles. We will be back!

The property was just like the pictures. The beds were very comfortable. The only issue we had was that the basement level smell a little musty.

Great vacation spot for family

We had a larger group of family stay here and loved it! One thing that would be helpful since we had littles and pets would be a baby gate for the stairs. Also if you have pets just know there is a “Karen” that will complain if your dog barks…. Other than that it was a great stay!

Beautiful place

The house was a perfect place for our family Spring Break. It had enough room for everyone. The only thing was the dishes were dirty. I had to wash most of them.

A much needed getaway

The home had all the amenities needed for cooking, relaxing, outdoor fire and relaxing. It is not far from downtown. My wife and I walked to the beach a couple of times. People in the area are courteous and considerate. Took the boat and went crabbing at Nehalem Bay. I liked the fact that the place is up on the hill, helped with tsunami phobia. Would like to rent the place again next year for spring break.

Terrific Stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our family time in this rental. Plenty of room, well equipped, short drive down the street to the beach and shopping. The kids loved s’mores at the fire pit in the evening. Communication was easy and response quick from the management team. So appreciated! Will definitely return and recommend! Thank you.
