The home has gone through recent repairs to ensure our guests have a great stay! The dishwasher has been completely replaced! All other issues you mentioned have also been addressed and repaired. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to fix any inconveniences you had, within a timely matter. Our goal is for guests to not encounter any issues! Vitamin Sea is the perfect vacation home! It is located in Inlet Beach, very close to Rosemary Beach! This home comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests! With two kitchen areas it allows multiple families to have their own space. Vitamin Sea also has an elevator which makes it perfect for everyone to get around the home! Especially elders who would like to avoid the stairs. Samantha, thank you for your review. We are incredibly sorry for the issues that you encountered with the broken pool heater and elevator. The pool did have to be backwashed and then the pool heater had to be turned on again, which can ultimately take a bit of time to get it working again. As for the elevator, our maintenance team was unable to get it working and a vendor did have to be called. Unfortunately, this does delay the repair time slightly, but we are glad that it was able to get back up and running. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. The private heated pool and spa make it the perfect vacation home! We appreciate your feedback on things the home could improve on. Our goal is for all our guests to have a trouble-free stay. As for the pool heat, there are safety measures we have to follow, these measures protect our guests and the pool equipment. Safety is very important to us! Since you last stayed at Vitamin Sea, we have made many improvements! The dishwasher was replaced, shower leaks have been fixed, and we have restocked the kitchen!!
