Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed your stay overall, but we're sorry to hear there some things that were frustrating. Regarding the TV, we did try to help troubleshoot the issue with you over the phone and provided some suggestions to get it working. Unfortunately, we did not hear back from you to let us know whether those suggestions resolved the issue, so we weren’t aware that you were still experiencing problems. We will be sure to have this looked at for future. We provide starter supplies for guests’ convenience, including one laundry detergent pod. As noted in our pre-arrival information, guests are expected to purchase additional supplies as needed for their stay. We’re also sorry about the grill igniter. We’ll have that looked at and will make sure the grill is properly equipped with a brush for future guests. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention and hope to have the opportunity to host you again.
