The three-level home blends modern comforts with Cape Dutch inspired architecture. On the ground floor, a heated Gulf-front pool, built-in grill, and wet bar create a laid-back outdoor living space. Inside, a media room with its own wet bar sets the stage for easy entertainment.
Take the stairs or elevator to the second level, where expansive Gulf views fill the open living and dining areas. The gourmet kitchen features a Sub-Zero double fridge, two dishwashers, a 6-burner Wolf range, and seating for four at the island. Foldaway glass doors open to a furnished balcony, perfect for morning coffee. This level also offers a bonus room with a kitchenette and a laundry room with two stacked washer–dryer sets.
The top-floor primary suite includes a king bed, private bath, and a spacious balcony with panoramic. A gas firepit and wet bar add extra comfort.
The attached Carriage House provides added privacy with a king suite on the first floor and a queen bedroom plus a bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks on the second.
