Kom og besøg vores smukke pool hjem perfekt oprettet til 2 familier. Vores 4 værelses 3 bad hjem har to master på-suiter, en Cal King Bed og en queensize-seng med to fulde over fuld køjeseng børnens soveværelser. Opgraderet tæppe i soveværelserne med laminat trægulve i hele resten af hjemmet. Badeværelserne er opgraderet med skræddersyet kabinet, granit bordplader og travertin gulve.

Opgraderet køkken med brugerdefineret panelskabin, opgraderet hardware, travertin backsplash og rustfrit stål apparater: komfur / ovn, køleskab, mikrobølgeovn og opvaskemaskine. Rummelig stue og spisestue væk fra køkkenet. Main Living Room har dvd-afspiller med Time Warner's top 300 kanaler. Alle andre værelser har kabel med Disney og top 100 kanaler. Hi-Speed Wireless Internet er inkluderet. Centralvarme og aircondition.

Spillelokalet, der ligger i garagen, har Ping Pong, Air Hockey, Pool og legetøj. Der er strollers, en højstol, pack n 'play og et booster sæde til dine spædbørn og småbørn. Queen size airmadras til rådighed i hjemmet for ekstra strøelse. Fuld størrelse vaskemaskine og tørretumbler.

Wonderful time!

Me and my family had an incredible time at the property. Very well located. Close to Disney, and incredible amenities. The property was very clean and wonderful to stay at.

Great property!

Overall we had a great time. There was a ton of space for our family of 6 and we invited another guest to stay with us. We could have easily fit 10 people, and maybe next time we will would definitely stay here again. Some constructive criticism is we needed more hooks/places to hang wet clothes or towels. Theres little to no counter space in the bathrooms so shelving or a cart to put your stuff somewhere would be nice.With that being said it was a spacious home and the hot tub/pool were very enjoyable.I

Excellent Yard and Space; Furniture Getting Run Down

First of all - we loved our vacation. This house offered everyone their own bedroom and bathroom, which was awesome. The furniture is getting beat up (broken leg on dresser, broken handle on night stand, broken door on vanity, ping pong table broken and chipped), and the house needs a deep cleaning (ceiling vents had visible dust, dishwasher filter was very dirty, washing machine had mold in the rings, etc), but if you can see past that it is a great property, with an excellent yard and great location. Apparently we were the only ones who had to abide by the noise rules, as there were dogs barking at 630am most mornings, and on Saturday at 8am the neighbors started getting their roof replaced. Not a big deal (and not the fault of the property owners), but annoying that we couldn't use the hot tub after 10pm when everyone else could make noise. We were pleasantly surprised to be able to see the fireworks from Disneyland in our front yard, which was a treat. We loved the pool area, and the yard was in great shape. We did not know you had to push really hard on the bypass button from the outside (much harder than the inside one), as it is weather-proof, so we had to ask for help with that, but the property managers assisted us right away. We also got a few new lightbulbs delivered to replace our burnt out lamp, so kudos to the property manager for being so great to work with. Overall we would be willing to stay here again and work with this property owner/manager again.

4th of July everyday! A great place to stay while visiting Mickey.

A very family friendly home with lots of beds for everyone. It was great for our family of 5, but you could have a much larger family be comfortable as well. We could see the fireworks from Disneyland every night from the front yard. The star of the show for us was the private back yard. The pool and hot tub are in excellent condition and I believe they are salt water, not chemical based. We were in Anaheim for Disneyland and you are just minutes away. Not a fancy place, but it's comfortable and clean. I almost forgot about the recreation room with the pool table and ping pong. We enjoyed that part of the home too. Thank you for the nice stay.

Convenience Plus.

We were attending a large trade show at the convention center. The house was perfect for us to come back after a long day on our feet and either cook or order in food. Everything was clean and tidy and there were lots of cooking utensils.Thank you.

Decent house with some flaws

Dealing with property manager was super easy, check in was very easy and they even allowed us drop off our luggage as we were a larger group of 9. We were surprised at how long of a walk it was to Disney from the property, was too long of a walk with little ones but lyfts were easily accessable and quick (except later at night coming from Disney). Was super handy having different strollers to use for Disney. Beds were how ever terrible and bed frames squeaked terribly with the smallest movement. The one queen bed, can hardly support average sized adults without sounding like you are going to break it. Kitchen was poorly organized (coffee filters on opposite end of kitchen from the coffee maker, making us go buy some because we didn't find them the first day). Was nice having some kitchenware to cook your own food, but no baking sheet to bake things on, but lots of cupcake pans. Would have been nice to have a working hot tub, but it was colder than the pool, which we never did use because the alarm was annoying to use so we just avoided it. Does the job if you are not wanting to stay in a hotel.

Perfect Place

This home is close to Disney and Knotts Berry Farm. The whole process was easy and even had a few maintenance issues that were handled speedily. The home is stocked well from kitchen to pool and towels and game room with toys for kids. We especially liked that there were strollers on site to use on our outings. The pool and hot tub were such an added bonus and great for the down days between parks.The mattresses in the 2 masters are very soft/saggy and could stand to be replaced, but all in all I would definitely stay at this property again.

Disney

Super easy walk to the parks, we chose to walk most days as loading and unloading the children took more time than just heading there. Unfortunately one neighbor had a party the first Saturday we were there and the other neighbor had a party the next Saturday. They did not adhere to the 10pm curfew. Watching the Disney fireworks from the driveway was great. The house layout was a little strange for two families as you have to pass through one of the master bedrooms to get to the game room and laundry. We loved the pool and hot tub, there’s a shallow section for younger kids and a deep enough section for adults to be able to jump in. Dressers for the bedrooms would be a great addition. Overall a good stay.

Great stay!

We loved this property along with the location! The hot tub and pool were amazing! We used the hot tub at night after many hours of walking! There were enough pool towels and bath towels for everyone, which was very nice so we didn't have to keep washing.The only downfall to this property is the alarm on the patio door. The outside button was broke so it sounded every time we wanted to go back in.

Pool and Spa were amazing!

Great place! We were gone all day to Disney and wished we would have had another day to enjoy the pool more! Large walk in closet in the master that was so nice for us to put our little kids in our room with us-dark helped them sleep in!

This house was very well kept and had everything you need for the family. Everything was in good working condition. The pool and jacuzzi were great. Plenty of space for a family and even a second family. Only thing I will say there is no extras as far as groceries so be sure to pack that spray/oil, seasonings, tin foil etc. Disneyland is walking distance but a bit far after walking all day in the park but only a 5 min drive to the parking structures. The bed in the master was sunken in on one side but I’m sure that happens over time. The pack n play, High chair, and strollers were great for our toddler. Overall great place to stay and would recommend.

Family Disney getaway!

Our family decided to do a group getaway to Disney to kick off the Fall season. We elected to use an VRBO residence to accommodate our large party. The home was close and within walking distance, or a short and cheap Uber or Lyft ride. The home was very nice, everything listed was accurate. Check in and out was easy with no issues. The only NEGATIVE I have to say was some of the rules for the home. The biggest was use of the back yard, pool and spa. The time restrictions were very unaccommodating. You were not allowed out in the garage game area, spa or pool after 10 pm. Everyone in our group was over 20 years of age, respectful and we couldn't enjoy a dip in the hot tub after a long day at the park. I don't know about most of you, but we walked about 10 miles per day while at Disney, my aching feet, legs and back wanted nothing more than to sit in the hot tub. As I said the whole place was very nice, but those restrictions alone will cause me to avoid using this property again.

Family Disney vacation

The location is great and very close to Disneyland although not super walkable so we still had to drive and park. The pool is fantastic and we used to every day. The alarm on the pool door has a learning curve but since I have two small children i appreciated this safety feature. We had an issue with the washer and dryer but Jeff was very responsive and did everything he could to help including driving over on a Sunday evening to try to fix the issue. For the price and location I think this was a great place and I’d stay again. Minor feedback is that there was no coffee and we had to buy it. Having coffee available would have been great.

Great spot for a Disney trip

Great home and location for a weekend trip to Disneyland. We had some struggle with the pool alarm the first day (I'd recommend they post the directions on how to disarm closer to the door), but otherwise everything was easy peasy.

Disneyland for 5th Birthday

Day one the 5year birthday girl declared after a day in the pool, “this is the best day of my life!” Day two was Disneyland and after 14 hours in the park the adults declared, “this 8 minute drive made this a great place to stay!” Having the strollers was great as was the game room. The beds are a bit worn and several adults ended up with sore backs and stiff necks. It is clear that it is a well used property. We did need the slider repaired and maintenance was prompt and fast.

Perfect for our Family of 5

Pros: The home was perfect for our family. The highlight was the pool!! The property was well stocked with the necessities (towels, toilet paper, paper towels, etc). We loved the gas stove and felt the kitchen had every utensil/cooking item we needed. We appreciated that each room also had a portable fan. The home was very clean and very comfortable. We managed well with the walk to and from Disney - took us about 25min each way. We had a great view of the fireworks in the front yard! Cons: there is a barking dog that can be heard at night. It didn’t really bother us; if you’re a light sleeper, I would recommend using the fan, which is what we did. There isn’t a lot of space on the bathroom counters to put your stuff on. It would be great if there were shelves to help with storing items. Overall, great experience from check-in to check-out and we would definitely recommend this property to friends and family for future stays!
