2026 Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After 23 years of vacations at Sand Cay we can't stay away. This year was the first year for two condo units as our family grows. Sara and the team are outstanding and always willing to make your stay 1st class. The friends we have met through the years continue to come each year to enjoy life. Love our little slice of paradise.

Perfect Location!

The property was very well maintained and very close to the beach. The only surprising thing was that the bedrooms did not have dressers. We had nightstands but basically, we lived out of the suitcases. Small price to pay for such a wonderful property. Would rebook this place in a heartbeat!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A beautiful view and nicely decorated. My mom came with us and we let her have the master bedroom. Me and hubby took the room with the twin beds. Exhausted from a day of traveling when I laid down it felt like I was laying on a Brick! Ended up sleeping on the couch the rest of the week.

Lovely Get Away

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at Sand Cay Resort. Our rental was newly renovated, so fresh and clean with great views of the water. The beach was right out the door for long walks/ running, bocce and enjoying! And who doesn't love the gulf of Mexico views and sunsets? For our personal needs, the MB closet was small, so since we didn't need the other bedroom, we used that one.We also missed having gas grills, they were all charcoal grills. So we enjoyed the local restaurants and cooked in the well stocked kitchen! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve been coming to Sand Cay for 32 years. Our daughters grew up coming here and both had their honeymoon here. Our family comes down as much as possible. It is very family friendly, has a great beach and pool. We’ve stayed in many units and they have always been clean and well equipped. Unit 103 is updated, very comfortable, offers an extra den/sleeping space and has panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. We loved our stay and will be renting this unit in the Fall of this year! Thank you to the office personnel for helping make our stay an amazing one; especially Sarah!

The location of the unit is great. Just steps away from the beach, pool and barbecue grill.

The unit is well stocked with amenities. As stated in a previous review it could use some updates by the owner. No storage space for dry groceries and area rugs could be replaced. Out door mats would help with the sand. I would however return for another stay. The resort needs to keep a better eye on the pool conditions
