We chose Old Town Alexandria because it offers something truly special: a historic, walkable neighborhood with world-class dining, stunning waterfront views, and easy Metro access to DC - all without the chaos of staying in the city itself.
The King Street Flat sits in the heart of it all. You're literally steps from King Street - Alexandria's main corridor with 100+ restaurants, boutique shops, and vibrant nightlife. Walk 8 minutes in one direction and you're at the Potomac River waterfront watching the sunset. Walk 7 minutes the other way and you're at the Metro with direct access to downtown DC.
What we love most is the neighborhood's character.
