A fantastic spacious environment with charm and character. The villa was well equipped and the ability to have different areas to relax in was a real treat for our two family group. Pool area excellent and the cooling facilities along with close proximity to excellent supermarket meant we ate in more than we expected. The gym was a real treat, brilliantly kitted out and helped balance the cheese and wine.

We had a great time at this slice of paradise - the villa was perfect, pool was just what we needed after roaming around nearby towns, and Tony and Barbara were great - highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay in a truly beautiful setting. The house and grounds were lovely, with lots of different spaces to relax and enjoy. The outdoor kitchen and entertaining area was a real highlight – a brilliant space for eating, relaxing and spending time together, with table tennis, darts and plenty of other games to keep everyone entertained. There was also an amazing dining area just off the back of the kitchen, which gave us another lovely space to use throughout our stay. All of the bedrooms were air-conditioned, which was a huge plus, and the location was incredibly convenient. Shops were all close by and pretty much everything we wanted to do was within a 20-minute drive. The Welcome Book was also really helpful, particularly the excellent restaurant recommendations – we tried several of them and weren’t disappointed!Tony and Fatima were fantastic hosts and made everything very easy for us. We had a brilliant holiday and would happily recommend the house to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-equipped getaway in a beautiful location. We would definitely return.

Great stay for our getaway

First time really exploring the Côté d’Azur. Great home in a spectacular setting. We took day trips to Cannes, Èze, Monaco and St. Tropez. Owner was very informative as soon as we booked and staff greeted us when we arrived and saw us off. Home is clean and owner arranged chef and cleaning service. Would definitely recommend.

Incredible stay!

Our stay at Tony's villa was fantastic. My family and a dear friend's family traveled to be there together for a week and we couldn't have architected a better experience than what Tony delivered. He was responsive and helpful at every step, including helping us sort activities outside the property. All his recommendations lived up to our expectations. Not easy to do. I know we will be back.

Fantastic house, extremely well appointment and throughtfully designed. The rooms are comfortable and many with ensuite bathrooms making things comfortable for all guests. The highlight is the pool and BBQ area that gets an amazing amount of sun.Management during the stay did a nice job making us feel at home. Some small issues in communicating with management during the stay (some requests not responded to, multi-hour response times when there was a power issue, etc.) but these were all quite minor and did not detract from the fantastic week!

Dear Louis, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the villa and hope it provided a relaxing retreat. Please accept our apologies for the brief power interruption you experienced. Unfortunately, this was a region-wide outage affecting all of Grasse (not just our villa) and was beyond our control. The local utility provider restored service back to the area within two hours that afternoon, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Memorable family reunion

The house and location were perfect for our family reunion. There was plenty of space for everyone, and we loved the different areas of the house where we could congregate and enjoy our time together. The swimming pool and covered sitting/dining area was a great hit, and we spent a lot of time there. We equally loved the courtyard close to the kitchen for an alternate option to the BBQ. Every evening we finished up outside on the lovely seating area enjoying the view. The location of the house is excellent, very close to Grasse and a number of lovely villages. Shopping is very easy - we found E. Leclerc an excellent supermarket with exceptionally high quality. The house was exceptionally well equipped with everything we could possibly need (and more!). We could not believe the equipment available in the gym, including a sauna - the teenage boys in our group made great use of it! It was a beautiful, memorable holiday - something we will never forget.

Perfect Holiday Villa

We loved the villa - it had everything we wanted. Inside and outside there are plenty of low seating and dining seating areas for our large family of 9 adults and a high chair and cot for the baby. The villa is spacious and beautifully furnished throughout, so we could spread out and have privacy when we wanted. There are large dining tables for family meals and playing games, there's also table tennis, boules, a large swimming pool, a large bbq and big family dining and seating by the pool. There are lovely green lawns and terraces to sit and admire the countryside views and well-kept pretty gardens, and a great gym with sauna. Our host was super helpful throughout along with the villa manager and cleaning service. We booked a chef and a wine tasting session, both recommended by our host and very much appreciated by our family as we enjoyed evening dining by the pool. The local area is stunning and there are excellent shops for provisions nearby. There's so much to do in the region and Grasse is well connected by rail and roads. Our host made every effort to ensure our stay was perfect for our family holiday - and it was!

Perfect villa

We were a group of 12 people in the villa, and we had a wonderful stay, The owner Tony is very friendly and very easy to communicate with. We had the best welcome from the housekeeper, a friendly and 100 % service, much more than you can expect :-). Tony recommended a private chef (Nadia) big succes, very good food and very friendly. I hope we will be back another time. Kind regards Torben

A beautiful villa !

Our group of 11 people (2 families with 7 children/teens) had the most wonderful week at this beautiful villa. Tony could not have been more helpful - he patiently answered all our questions before we arrived and he kindly arranged taxi transfers for us to the villa from Nice airport - he also provided lots of great recommendations for supermarkets, tours and restaurants. The villa, pool and gardens are stunning with several different seating areas inside and outside so we never felt on top of each other. The 6 bedrooms worked well for our 2 families; with each family having a floor to ourselves. The pool house area has a great secondary kitchen including a dishwasher which was very helpful. The high spec, well equipped gym was well used by our older teens. We loved Grasse old town and a few of us did a 2 hour perfume making course at Galimard. We ate out in pretty Valbonne and enjoyed day trips to Cannes, Monaco and St Paul de Vence. We would highly recommend Tony’s lovely villa to anyone looking for a relaxing, well equipped base to explore all that the area has to offer.

Amazing family memories

My husband and I took our two sons and families to celebrate a special anniversary. Tony’s Villa was perfection for us. It is spacious, well appointed with anything you could want. All the bedrooms are of gracious size, each couple had their own bathroom plus a few more! Lots of lounging and dining areas in and out. We enjoyed a delightful wine tasting by the pool set up by Tony. Evenings of wine, delicious food, music and games played well into the mild evenings outside while the children enjoyed the beautiful pool. There was no lack of reading matter in the library area and given how much we ate, we unfortunately did not utilize the complete gym nor sauna as we should have! Tony and his staff were always available and willing to help facilitate any requests we had. He arranged for a chef and specialty baker for a birthday celebration and gave many wonderful recommendations for places to visit, restaurants to try etc… Our only regret is that we could only stay a week, but hope to come back in the future. Our family of 9 will never forget our stay.

Beautiful villa in Grasse!

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful home in a wonderful section of Grasse. As one of my daughters said, it is even more beautiful in person than in the pictures (and the pictures are beautiful). The home is well appointed for cooking and has a number of different places to enjoy the view through other day. We spent a lot of time by the pool and loved having a grill and all amenities needed to dine Poolside. My girls had a great time with the pool toys and all of the games and cards in the house. There is a wonderful library and I wish our stay was longer so I could have read more. The villa is close to grocery shopping and to Cannes and Antibes for easy day trips. Tony was accommodating and so helpful before, during and after our stay. He also helped us find a wonderful chef who prepared a special dinner one night to celebrate a milestone birthday for my husband. We were so sad to leave!

Exquisite villa

I cannot say enough about the house, the garden and the reception we received in this spacious and beautifully furnished home. From the first minute we were greeted by Barbara and shown around the grounds we felt at home. We were traveling with young children and took several day trips to Cannes, Gourdon and St. Paul de Vence. While it was too cool to swim much we enjoyed lounging at the pool and barbecuing on the grill. It was absolutely perfect!

Lovely villa, perfect for families!

We had a lovely peaceful stay at the villa. It’s much nicer than what you see on the website. Tony was prompt to answer any questions. Barbara was incredibly helpful, she even brought us her own tea pot, as there was none in the villa. The villa is very well maintained with high quality furniture- we enjoyed our stay a lot and would recommend this to anyone.

Gorgeous house with incredible view and pool

We loved our time at Tony's house. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect and was super helpful in providing info about the region. He recently renovated the house, so the beds were new, the furniture was comfortable and modern, and all the bedrooms had fans. Everything was clean and well-maintained. While the kitchen had not been renovated and was on the small side, it was functional and on my husband's birthday Tony secured a private chef at our request which made for a memorable and delicious evening. One of our favorite parts of our stay was the pool and pool house. The grounds are gorgeous, and the kids had a blast playing in the pool. There was plenty of comfortable seating and lounge chairs and the pool house had a refrigerator, freezer and dish washer. We would absolutely stay here again and cannot stress enough how accommodating and helpful Tony was during our time here.

Mimi and guests stay for 5 nights at our villa in Grasse - South of France. Before arrival Mimi was extremely punctual on communication. The house was left incredibly tidy, Mimi was 100% respectful of our property and even watered the garden. 10 out of 10 guest and would have no issues recommending Mimi and family to any host. We hope to see them again.
