Tunes - Record player + vinyl collection to unwind in the evenings with classic tunes and cozy lighting. Sonos player in kitchen and bedroom, and if there are troubles with getting that to work, we have a bluetooth speaker you can connect to.

Smart TVs in living area and one bedroom.

Full-size washer and dryer in a dedicated laundry space for convenience.

Bedroom's - Both bedrooms offer a warm and inviting space. Relax in a cozy queen size bed (one in each bedroom) with soft linens and fluffy pillows. Each room is charming and perfect for 2 guests. Art from local artists fill the walls, and create a fun yet romantic atmosphere. One bedroom has a closet with shelves and rack available for guests use. Other bedroom closet is locked and not accessible.

Outdoor Oasis
Step outside into your private backyard sanctuary, where relaxation meets Florida sunshine. The backyard was designed as a social, stylish extension of the home — a space to gather, unwind, and enjoy the artsy, laid-back lifestyle St. Pete is known for.
