The communication with the host was outstanding, she’s very attentive and positive and had great recommendations for us. The view is beautiful and this location, although not truly within walking distance to a bunch is still great.

Nice condo in a quiet marina

Very clean condo in a small condo complex. They have grills and a nice pool with a great view for guests.

I love Cape Haze

This property is beautiful. The people I met were friendly. The amenities were great. I particularly loved the water taxi to the beach. I would definitely stay again.

Quiet and Quaint

The perfect get a way for my husband and I. We loved the private pool area and the boat taxi was a daily jaunt to the beach. Everyone was super nice. We ate at Isabella's twice and the food was wonderful. We look forward to coming back.

One week Get Away

Nice condo with most everything you would need. Beautiful views and location close to restaurants and Beach. Did use ferry to get to Beach which was easy for us. Pool was not open for us, but looks like a nice place to spend time in the sun.

Marina Condo

Cute little place with wonderful view of marina. Perfect for sipping coffee and starting your day. Great size for a couple . We enjoyed the lanai. Thank you!

Palm Island Marina

One bedroom condo at pet friendly complex. While it was on the second floor it was 3 flights upstairs which was a challenge in the July heat. Lovely view and comfortable bedding. Lorna was very accommodating. Nice to have access to the resort on Palm Island and complimentary Rum Bay water taxi.

Relaxing retreat in quiet area

Nice one bedroom second floor, great views, as advertised. Great comm from the host. Cute location with heated pool and hot tub, small community very quiet and safe. Dishwasher a nice plus. Bed very comfy. Furniture generally newer and unit nicely decorated, screened balcony a bonus too. Useful supply of kitchen utensils. Water taxi to island was a nice side trip we made several times. Good biking and things to do in the area, couple of places to walk to for dinner/snacks.. Only the basic cable TV.

Amenities misrepresented; inaccurate listing

Pool, hot tub, private beach, and pool sundeck area were not available as advertised. The water taxi now charges a fee.Pet policy is vague on the vrbo site; more restrictive than stated.Condo was not thoroughly cleaned. I believe we were the first renters to occupy it since the hurricane last October. There were signs of mold in the kitchen.Limited supply of hot water.View from the balcony is nice but the empty marina shows how much hurricane damage is still on the property - marina docks and other buildings are under repair. Get the details before you book this non-refundable property!

Disappointing vacation & renege on verbal agreement

We were scheduled for just short of a two week stay. From the first day the two TVs & cable were an issue. TV in bedroom had nothing but snow and living room TV had only three very fuzzy local channels. The owner was available by phone/text ONLY and had no one local who could explain how the system worked. The owner and I talked to the cable company at length with no solution and (after one week of our vacation) I spent better part of one day waiting for the cable co guy only to find out the problem was that one of the remotes was in the wrong room and just generally needed some clear instructions on how the whole system worked. Some well worded instructions & remotes labeled properly would have helped immensely. The area was very nice....the condo was only adequate, but not what we expected for the price. Because of all the aggravation as well as a family emergency we actually left the property four days early. Due to the difficulties the owner verbally agreed to a partial refund, but then after we arrived home the owner accused us of lying and to date has refunded nothing. Stay away from this property..... We would have been money & aggravation ahead staying in a nice local motel or hotel.

Rich, I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with your review. I spoke to you at length....and had the cable company come out, as soon as I could. The tv in both rooms were working properly, when the previous guests were there. They departed on your day of arrival. You actually informed me on your arrival day, that you had been "pushing all the buttons" as you were trying to get Roku working.. I asked if you could go back to the original setting...and you said no...you had pushed too many to remember. You then asked for 1/3 of your rental money to be returned. You also informed me you were not leaving early, as you wanted to stay the entire time. I am not sure what you did, but the tv man arrived and corrected it. As far as the condo itself, you informed me you were very happy and it was a great location. Not sure what prompted the response above...but when I did get the tv man, and asked if you would be there...you informed me ...no problem...as you had intended to be in the condo...so I did not get someone to get there when he arrived. The tv was corrected....you stayed the entire time...and you requested...very sternly, that I refund you 1/3 of your money. I did everything possible...spending several hours on the phone...trying to correct the issue. I am sorry you did not get the t.v corrected as soon as you wanted, but it is a wonderful vacation spot...with lots to see and enjoy, other than the tv..

Stayed to fish

The perfect getaway to do some tarpon fishing. The owner was very thoughtful and accommodating. Lots of attention to what matters. Would book again!

Port Haze getaway

This is a great spot for a couple. Nice porch to sit and watch the boats. It faces north so the porch is never in the sun which is great. Comfy new love seat and chair, nice dining area and the kitchen had everything you need. Fresh flowers were very nice. Beach blankets, beach umbrella, and other thoughtful touches. A nice peaceful week away from the hustle and bustle of the beach areas to the north.

New years trip

This condo has the best views of all the condos. We have stayed on Palm island for the third time, yo get a great view of the marina and also inner coastal. Very accommodating comitdations. Thank you

Overall great for our needs and stay.

The condo location was perfect. The interior ran very warm though and could use more air flow (we bought a fan). Otherwise great space and the transaction was super easy and friendly and great communication. Would recommend and do again.
