For added convenience, a compact, stackable washer/dryer is tucked away in the walk-in closet, ensuring your clothes stay fresh throughout your stay.

Retreat to the bedroom, where relaxation awaits. Sink into one of the two twin beds, each fitted with a luxurious new 10'' hybrid mattress, or utilize the sofa bed as a third bed option. A nightstand, 40'' Smart TV, and dresser offer added convenience, while a window AC unit and fan maintain optimum comfort. Our sparkling clean bathroom boasts a walk-in shower with a grab bar for accessibility.

We provide parking space in our driveway for one car, although please note that the spot is compact. If you're driving an SUV or a larger vehicle, kindly inform us in advance. Additional cars can utilize street parking, available at no extra charge.

To ensure a worry-free stay, we kindly ask for the ID of the person making the booking, a signature on the rental agreement, and a $500 security deposit. Please ensure that the signed name matches the name on the reservation, ID, and credit card on file.
📌 IMPORTANT: All required documents (ID, signed agreement, and security deposit) must be submitted within 24 hours of booking. Failure to complete this requirement within the 24-hour timeframe may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

Please note that the cardholder named on the reservation must be present at check-in and take a quick selfie with their ID in front of the property before we can release the entry code.

Any disturbance to the peace will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Thank you for your cooperation.
