Inside, sunlight fills an inviting living room designed for easy lounging, complete with a spacious sofa and a large smart TV for movie nights. The open floor plan connects seamlessly to a fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, generous counter space, and everything you need for home-cooked meals. Just beyond, the dining area features a circular table that easily extends into an oval, comfortably seating six adults with ample elbow room—perfect for shared meals, games, and long conversations. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We stayed for about 5 weeks and this place was perfectly appointed for it. The kitchen was huge, modern and had every piece of equipment needed to cook meals. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were all fresh, clean, and modern. Lots of lights, outlets and places to plug in devices. The location is great as well. Close to Acadia, Old Town Scottsdale, Tempe and central Phoenix. The back yard is fully fenced in. It's gravel so my pup got a little dusty. The garage is big enough to fit a Yukon XL, so just about any vehicle should be able to fit in there. It's just a door down from Thomas, which is a major road. So there can be a bit of city noise, but it didn't bother us.

Lots of space if there are several guests. Beds very comfortable. The ensuite bathrooms in 2 bedrooms are a plus. The huge kitchen is lovely but mostly empty cupboards was puzzling as kitchen supplies are minimal for guests wanting to cook. Parking in the garage out of the heat is a big plus. Not for review but for Avant Stay property managers or the owner - suggestions for this property to be even more wonderful: additional towel bars in bahtrooms; tissues provided; do not expect guests to launder towels, provide a few extras for each bathroom; provide dish rags in the kitchen not just a sponge which is unsanitary for wiping counters, add a few kid friendly plates, cups, and bowls; insure all door hinges are well-oiled and not squeaky; provide a laundry basket; when preparing for guest check in check that vents to all bedrooms are open (the vents to the bedroom with twin beds were closed and that room was definitely uncomfortable until we figured out the reason); provide a recyle trash can inside the house and info on what is recyclable; provide a full length mirror in at least two bedrooms or a hall way; in the queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom there is a gap between the shower door vertical wall and a gap between the bottom edge of the door and the shower entry tile which results in lots of water escaping the shower- a bottom edge sweep is needed and perhaps a silicone door edge for the vertical gap.
