Welcome to The Ascent Three Sisters Penthouse, a beautifully designed top-floor, 1-bedroom retreat located at the top floor of Canmore’s newest resort.

It features a spacious private balcony with BBQ, overlooking the iconic Three Sisters Mountains and the sweeping Rocky Mountain range—ideal for morning coffee, sunset dinners, or relaxing after a day of adventure.

The space is thoughtfully curated with elegant, modern alpine décor, for a warm and inviting atmosphere. The bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed, while the living area includes a high-quality queen pull-out sofa, allowing for up to 4 guests to sleep comfortably.

The kitchen is fully equipped, which includes modern conveniences such as an air fryer & a Keurig coffee maker. Guests can enjoy access to the resort’s pool, hot tub and gym year-round. Access to the locked Ski and Bike Storage is provided (bring your own lock)

🚗The unit includes one dedicated underground parking stall. Additional parking may be available in the outdoor visitor stalls or on Mountain Ave.

Downtown is a 25-minute walk. Explore along the main street—pop into local artist’s galleries, browse through shops or try local specialties. Feeling a bit more adventurous? Take a short drive to Banff town or spend the day taking in breath-taking Lake Louise or one of many stunning lakes inside the National Park.

Take hiking tours, experience the Rockies in a helicopter ride, or from the water by hiring canoes or kayaks. Or rent a bike and enjoy the scenery as you speed through the trees. Easy access to trails, including Policeman`s Creek.

The resort is located just off the #1 Highway (no highway noise) and is right along the Bow Valley Trail - giving easy access to Banff and Calgary. Taxis are readily available. We got Roam Transit Bus #3 to Banff. Bus stop only a few minutes walk away.

Kananaskis Park Pass is mandatory to use the Nordic Centre or Kananaskis Country, costs $15 for a day Pass - which we do not provide.
