Great location - easy walking to all the downtown restaurants and shops. Flat was very clean. We had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Moab.

Great little cluster of vacation rentals, smart layout to the property combining shared spaces with thoughtful window and patio placement for privacy. Peaceful vibe, beautiful landscaping. Location is super convenient; however, there is a lot of loud ohv and general traffic noise. The interiors are stylish, fresh Southwest Modern, we enjoyed the quality artwork. Reading on the roof deck was a nice bonus. Unit was impeccably clean, very comfortable bed and the kitchen well stocked. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great location for all sorts of activities in the Moab area. This cozy, comfy spot is within walking distance of restaurants, excursion departure points and not too far via car from anything you may want to do in the area. The apartment was clean, well equipped and such a great spot to land after a day of hiking/exploring the area. Everything was top notch!! The owners happen to be there during our stay, they were so helpful and always checking to see if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again.

Great flat in Moab

We used this small but comfortable one-bedroom flat in Moab as a base for exploring nearby Arches, Canyonlands, and Dead Horse Point State Park. Friendly, helpful host, very clean and quiet. Would definitely return on another trip to this area.

Moab retreat

It was a quiet nice place to come back to after hiking in the National Parks. It was close and easy to walk to downtown for food.

This was a lovely place to stay. Was exceptionally clean and lots of attention to detail. We especially loved our own private patio. The owners were lovely and very helpful. Will definitely book again when we are in the area.

We had a wonderful two night stay. As advertised it was a short, easy walk to Main Street - plenty of restaurants nearby. We enjoyed watching the baseball playoffs at the table on the back porch. Plenty of street traffic during the day but it was magically quiet overnight

Fantastic place to stay. Great neighborhood. Easy walk to the Main Street to eat/shop. Our flat was VERY clean. Plenty of hot water. Host was very responsive. Can’t go wrong if you stay here.

Perfect base camp to explore Moab, Arches NP and Canyonlands NP.

Clean, well-designed, fully stocked, and Ellyn was a most excellent host. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and bars, and a great roof deck to take in the sunset.

Great stay

Very comfortable. The furniture in the sitting area was great. This is often a downfall in vacation lodging. Not here super comfortable and very convenient to both parks and the town.

Moab Adventure

Westside Flats is in an excellent location, was the perfect size with the amenities we needed to get ready for our days in the area parks, etc. Mike and Ellyn were excellent hosts and made the stay even more pleasant. We would stay here again!
