Private, great location, well equipped, everything looked new. Nice hot and plenty of pressure after a day of play. Absolutely would book again. Had to think long and hard to find anything to improve. How about a bigger TV. Thank you!

The rental itself is excellent, but I could only give a 4-star rating because it's on a busy street with very noisy cars driving on it throughout the night. Also, an extremely sketchy trailer park is directly across the street, contributing to our concerns about safety. It has good proximity to the vibrant downtown area and plenty of restaurants. If (or when) the trailer park gets redeveloped, this will be a 5-star place.

Cozy and Walkable

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My brother and I rented this place and we loved it! The amenities were great, with a very well stocked kitchen and bathroom. The neighborhood is very walkable with lots of restaurants nearby. Our favorite part was the back patio, where we enjoyed daily visits from hummingbirds while we had our coffee outside. We would definitely rent again, since this will not be our last trip to Moab.

The flat was very clean with wonderful touches like fresh Moab coffee and grinder, fully stocked kitchen where we made most of our meals, excellent laundry facilities, very comfortable bed, private patio and an outside seating area. The seating in the flat was extremely comfortable and the flat was within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants in Moab yet on a quiet side street.

Great Place in Moab

We stayed here for six nights and the place was perfect for us. The place is very nice - clean, comfortable, well stocked, and an easy walk to downtown (less than 1/2 mile). The hosts were great to communicate with and they made sure all of our needs were met - even making multiple recommendations that turned out to be some of the highlights of our trip. We would definitely stay here again on a trip to Moab.
