Fuldstændigt ombygget i 2014 !!! Gå ind i dette 2 historiske hjem ved havet i Hollywood Beach. Første sal: Første sal har master suite vendt mod havet med kingsize-seng og sover 2ppl, fladskærms 43 "tv med dvd-afspiller. Første sal soveværelse # 2 vender mod havet med kingsize-seng og sover 2ppl, med et 43 "fladskærms-tv. Begge nedenunder værelser har adgang til gårdhaven ved stranden og stranden. Patio har to loungestole til liggende og terrassebord til fire. Anden sal: Stue med udsigt over havet, med store vinduer til at tage i de smukke solnedgange, har en fladskærms 60 ”tv, masser af spil og bøger til familiens sjove aftener. Køkkenet er fuldt udstyret til 12ppl med skrivebord til kontrol af dine e-mails. Hjem inkluderer WIFI. Gas grill beliggende på ovenpå balkonen. Anden sal soveværelse # 3 mod gaden har en queensize seng og trille seng sove 4ppl, med TV. We had no issues with the home itself. Unfortunately, our experience was impacted by the neighbors who share a wall with the property. On one occasion, they told us to “shut up” while we were simply talking outside, and another time they came out and tried to intimidate us with unfriendly looks and their angry behavior made us feel very uncomfortable.We were a group of 10, including 4 children ages 8–14. While it’s possible we could have been quieter coming and going, we were not excessively loud. It may be helpful for future guests if a noise monitor and/or outdoor cameras were in place to avoid any potential misunderstandings with neighbors.

Amazing house - Gorgeous beach

We came from LA looking to get out of the craziness. We had no idea that Hollywood Beach existed before our Booking and we were blown away With the beauty and expansiveness of the beach . The house was perfect and had everything we needed. We definitely will want to return.

Great Time by the Sea

We traveled to California for a family reunion on the beach and Mollies by the Sea provide us with an excellent escape! A wonderful home and views for miles. The real estate company was also excellent-- including Scotty who came to update the internet for us! Wonderful time all around! Thank you.

Summer Weekend getaway

My friends/family and I grew up camping just north of Hollywood Beach at McGrath campground. Unfortunately, due to flooding, the park has been closed for 10 years. We have turned our summer camping trips into beach house rentals in Oxnard. We highly enjoyed our stay at Mollies by the Sea. As always, the neighborhood is safe, secure and full of friendly local residents. The house was incredible as well. Very easy check in/check out procedures and plenty of room for the small group we had. We always like bouncing around and trying new homes but we would rent this one again without a doubt!

Beautiful house!!!

The house is awesome and the location is even better. It was clean and well stocked with bikes, beach chairs etc… lots of fun. There are spectacular views and all of the furnishings and decor are well selected. There is also a wooden deck on the sand with big umbrellas. I’m not sure the BBQ is mentioned in the listing, but there is a gas BBQ on a small deck off the side of the kitchen. The kitchen itself has all the dishes and cookware you could possibly need. This is a great place to spend time with family and friends. I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing location. Beautiful beach. Great for larger groups of friends or family members.

It’s always great when owners outfit a house to seat comfortably as many as they sleep. My friends and I like to gather once a year and when we do, we love nothing more than to hang out together and enjoy conversations. The living room is large and can easily seat 10 people comfortably. The dining room we can squeeze in. And that view and the sunsets are spectacular. We snuck out onto the beach after dark and saw bioluminescent plankton lighting up the waves. Truly once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. The kitchen was well equipped, and it was nice to have beach towels and chairs available. Highly recommended!

Amazing getaway

We had an amazing time. The house was breathtaking. We basically had our own private beach. The check in was easy and super convenient. There were a lot of pots and pans, beach toys and beach chairs. Best of all, there were 7 bikes, not in the best condition but plenty good for our group to bike around the area. It was a very relaxing vacation, walking or running along the beach in the morning, body surfing the waves during the day (It was a bit chilly but fine with wetsuits) then watching sunset from the balcony. We could not have asked for a more perfect vacation. The kids are already asking to come back this summer. We can’t wait. Thank you so much!!

There was everything I could have possibly needed for a beach vacation and even more than what I needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. There was basic soaps and detergents for cleaning, laundry and dishes. There was an abundance of dishes, cups, silverware, pots and pans. We cooked breakfast lunch and dinner and never needed for anything(other than groceries which we brought with us). There were even coolers, umbrellas and beach toys to build sandcastles for the days we spent on the beach. There were bikes and scooters in the garage which were nice for an afternoon ride by the harbor. Plenty of restaurants and a bar nearby. The beach was not crowded and the view was awesome. This is our new favorite vacation spot and we plan on returning.
