The apartment is tastefully furnished with high-quality materials throughout. The bright, open-plan living space combines a comfortable living room, a dining area and modern kitchen.



The living room features a L-shape sofa and coffee table. It is equipped with a smart TV.

The dining room has a large wooden table which can sit up to 8 people.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, and freezer. It also features a bar with 3 chairs, a perfect spot to enjoy a coffee while watching the sea.

Bedroom 1: 2 single beds which can convert to a queen sized bed, full height closet, smart TV, en suite full bathroom with tub.

Bedroom 2: 2 single beds which can convert to a queen sized bed, full height closet, smart TV, en suite full bathroom with walk in shower.

Bedroom 3: double sofa bed, full height closet.

We will be happy to answer all your questions and provide recommendations for your stay. Our team members speak English, French, Hebrew, Russian and a bit of German and Danish.

PASSPORT AND VAT

- The main guest must present a copy of their passport at the time of the booking and prior entering the apartment.

- Israeli citizens are obliged, by law, to pay an extra 18% VAT of the total booking price.

- The main guest must submit a copy of a valid tourist visa, (the border pass, a blue slip that they will receive at the immigration authority upon arrival in Israel) in order to be exempted from paying VAT. This exemption applies only to people entering Israel on a B/2, B/3, B/4 visa or entering according to a special entry permit, such as diplomats.

- Tourists who fail to present a valid tourist visa will be charged an extra 18% VAT.

- VAT collection, when applicable, must take place before entering the property.

- The management reserve the right to deny entry to the property to a guest unable to present a valid border pass or unwilling to pay 18% VAT while mandatory. In such a case the standard cancelation policy will apply and the price of the booking will be due in full.



THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Your dream holiday is waiting for you, right by the beautiful beach of Netanya. Netanya Promenade and Independence Square (Kikar HaAtsmaut), as well as the city’s best restaurants and cafes, are just a few steps away so there is a lot right by the corner.



GETTING AROUND

Many attractions are within walking distance or a short cab ride away. You can also rent a car as parking in Netanya is widely available. Although we don't have a dedicated parking spot you can park for free on the street.
