Set on Lincoln’s north side in the Clinton neighborhood, this bright 1BR walk-up is a comfy, pet-friendly base close to parks, trails, Downtown/Haymarket, and UNL. Unwind on the king bed, stream on the Smart TV, and cook in the well-equipped kitchen.

Nonrefundable Processing Fee: A 3.3% payment processing fee applies to all reservations and will not be refunded, even if the reservation otherwise qualifies for a refund.


The space

Layout: Single-level apartment up one flight of stairs

Sleep: 1 bedroom with king bed; a ottoman bed sits between the living & dining areas (behind the couch) and unfolds easily for a third guest or child

Kitchen: Full-size fridge, oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker (type TBD), cookware, utensils, dishes, pantry basics

Comforts: Central A/C & heat, ceiling fans, blackout curtains, extra pillows

Laundry: In-unit washer & dryer, iron & ironing board

Tech: Fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV (log into your apps)

Safety: Smoke detectors, fire extinguisher

You’ll have the entire upstairs unit to yourselves. Please note: stairs required.

Covered parking: Garage #3 is available for guests.

You’re in Clinton, a relaxed residential pocket with easy access to Downtown/Haymarket, UNL City & East Campuses, and nearby parks. Stroll leafy streets, grab coffee downtown, or hop on local trail connections toward campus and the city core.

Pet policy

Dogs only (max 1 large or 2 small). Pet fee (per stay): $75. Service animals are welcome (no fees).

Rules: House-trained • Keep pets off furniture/bedding unless you bring covers • Pick up waste • Excessive hair/odor or accidents may incur extra cleaning • You’re responsible for any pet damage or extra laundering

Unauthorized pets may incur a $200 fee.


Other things to note

Accessibility: This is a walk-up with one exterior flight of stairs

If parking in the alley, you’ll walk alongside the garage to access the stairs to the unit.

If parking on the street, the sidewalk to the stairs can be narrow—please watch your step.

Recycling: Please break down cardboard before disposing


Mid-Term Guest Policy:

For stays of 28 days or longer, the following requirements must be completed prior to check-in:

📌 Background Check: Required for each person staying, at a cost of $50 per person.
📌 Signed Lease Agreement: Must be completed and on file for all guests.
📌 Host Approval: Guests must pass the background and credit check requirements set by the host.

📌 Starter Supplies: Starter supplies such as coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, and similar essentials are provided for the initial stay only. These items will not be replenished during long-term stays, and guests will be responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed after the starter supply runs out.

These measures are mandatory and help ensure a secure, clear, and seamless experience for all parties.
● No parties or large gatherings.
● Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We use Minut to enhance guest experience
● Be respectful of neighbors and follow all local laws and ordinances.
● A maximum of the number of persons listed on your, regardless of age, may occupy the property, or be on the premises, at any one time.
● No eating or drinking in carpeted areas of the house.
● All trash and recycling MUST be placed inside trash bags that are securely tied and closed.
● Subleasing this unit is not permitted.
● Maximum of two (2) pets allowed. Unauthorized pets without prior approval are not permitted and may result in additional fees or cancellation of the reservation.
