Both the living room and bedroom are equipped with televisions for your entertainment. The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary appliances, utensils, and cookware, allowing you to prepare meals with ease. The balcony provides breathtaking beach views, filling the unit with natural light and offering an ideal spot to unwind, enjoy a cup of coffee, or sip a glass of wine while taking in the beautiful surroundings. We provide towels, linens, beach chairs, and an umbrella for your convenience.

The building offers two heated pools, a fitness center, valet service, 24/7 security, and complimentary Wi-Fi, making it a perfect choice for both families and solo travelers alike.

Other things to note
Kindly take note that there is a non-refundable fee of $30 for each set of fobs (electronic keys) required to access common areas, applicable for every 2 adults. This fee is separate from the rental price and must be settled directly with the management office upon your arrival.

For parking, the options are as follows:

1 -7 days: $100
2 weeks: $125
3 weeks: $150
4 weeks: $175
Daily parking: $20
Overnight parking: $40

Additionally, there is a $7 fee per package for packages received during your stay.

Please be advised that the building only accepts debit or credit cards and does not handle cash.

Check-ins are complimentary until 9 pm. Late check-ins incur a fee, payable in cash upon arrival.

To ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience for all guests, we kindly request that you adhere to the 11 am check-out time. Late check-out charges may be applicable on a case-by-case basis. If there are any changes to the duration of your trip, please notify us promptly so that we can make the necessary arrangements for a seamless experience.
