One living space centers around a large smart TV, while the second offers a quieter spot to unwind. The updated kitchen and dining area connect naturally to the living spaces and are well set up for shared meals, morning coffee, and casual nights in.

The home includes four thoughtfully arranged bedrooms with a mix of king and queen beds, offering both comfort and flexibility for families or groups. Bathrooms have been updated and stocked with fresh towels, and a washer and dryer are available for longer stays.

Outside is where this home really shines. The private backyard features a heated pool, fire pit, BBQ grill, putting green, turf lawn, lounge chairs, and patio seating, creating an easy space to relax, play, and enjoy Arizona evenings.
