Yellowstone National Park og West Yellowstone ligger kun 25 minutter væk. Home ligger 30 miles fra West Yellowstone.

Du vil føle dig velkommen i vores flodfront luksus log hjem! Vi byggede vores brugerdefinerede hjem i 2014, det er 3800 sq ft, som har 4 soveværelser (inkl. TO MASTER SUITES), det 5. soveværelse er en rummelig hems, 3 badeværelser og et nyt spillerum med andet stue / bar område. Vores hjem kan sove 10 personer på 3 niveauer. Hjemmet ligger på en hektar meget langs floden og er kun en kort køretur fra hovedvejen.

Hjemmet er indrettet fuldstændigt med lokalt fremstillede, skræddersyede Montana log og laden træ møbler. Alle vores sengetæpper er professionelt hvidvaskede efter hver gæst! Vi bør ikke være noget andet hjem i området gør dette.

Det store værelse har udsigt over floden og bjergene med komfortable liggestole og stole omkring en gas pejs. Visningerne er betagende! For foodies er der et fuldt udstyret køkken køkken med stor center ø. Kvalitet senge, puder og sengetøj er få ting at gøre dit ophold meget behageligt. Nede ved floden finder du et hyggeligt ildsted med brænde og 8 Adirondack stole til s'mores og stargazing. Dækket har en Weber Genesis gas grill med spisebord og stole. Der er to sæt HE vaskemaskine / tørretumbler for nemheds skyld, alle sæber og tørretumbler leveres. Vi har taget stor omhu for at sikre, at du har alle hjemmets bekvemmeligheder!

Vores stueetage har et åbent køkken, spisestue og stort værelse, en master suite, to andre gæster soveværelser, et komplet badeværelse og vaskeri område. Den store åbne hems har en queensize seng med opholdsområde. På lavere niveau / walkout kælder er den anden master suite og en anden stue / bar område med TV, plads til alle dine fiskeredskaber, stang og wader racks. Vores betongulve gør det nemt at skifte inde om natten eller når det er vådt. Lige fra dette værelse er et andet sæt tøjvask og et spil værelse med bordfodbold, bordtennis, majs hul, ring kaste spil.

Ingen rygning og ingen kæledyr.

Der er mange floder og søer i nærheden samt Yellowstone, hvilket gør dette til det perfekte hjem for at udforske området. Fisk Madison, Henry's Fork, Gallatin eller floder inde i Yellowstone Park. Hebgen Lake, Cliff og Wade søerne, Henry's Lake, jordskælvs sø er alle minutter væk.

We had a wonderful time. The guys really enjoyed the location and being able to fly fish out the back door. The fishing guides also fished very close to the house. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We had a great time.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property. The attention to detail throughout the home was top notch. Everything was incredibly well thought out and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was one of the best stocked we have ever experienced, with modern appliances and everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals as a family.From extra linens to helpful labels and thoughtful touches in every room, it is clear the hosts truly care about making the stay comfortable and seamless. The home had a welcoming feel from the moment we arrived and was spotless throughout.Communication was also fantastic—quick, clear, and helpful every step of the way. The hosts went above and beyond, answering all of our questions and even helping us plan parts of our vacation. We felt supported from booking through checkout.We would not hesitate to book again. This place really sets the standard for what a vacation rental should be.

Beautiful view!

Great choice for a beautiful view and an easy drive to Yellowstone with additional beautiful views along the way! The house was extremely clean. The extra little amenities from a basket FULL of snacks, GOOD toilet paper and Kleenex, extra toiletries in case you forgot something, kitchen essentials, plenty of trash bags, lots of good quality binoculars to use, bear and bug spray, coolers, laundry detergent, and little gifts for our two children absolutely blew us away! The owners were by far the most thoughtful hosts we have ever used and thought of every tiny little detail someone may need if they aren’t used to a decent drive to town (we are so this drive didn’t phase us at all!) There was plenty of quality polywood furniture to sit on on both the deck and basement patio. Mattresses and pillows were comfortable as well! Next time we are in the area there is no doubt we would rebook this rental!

Gateway to adventure

Wonderful property, amenities, and location. We loved the proximity to Yellowstone and fly fishing in the Madison right in the backyard. Our kids are already planning their return trip.

Amazing place

The caddis shack was a suprisingly spacious house right on the Madison river. The view of the sunset from the back porch was breath taking. Getting to Yellowstone was a breeze and every local I talked to seemed to have nothing but good things to say about the owners. I would definitely stay here again.

The Best Family Trip

We had the most amazing family trip! The house was perfect in every aspect. We loved the location on the river and the convenience to West Yellowstone and Yellowstone! The house was very clean and the most well stocked house we have every stayed in!! Samantha and Randy were very accommodating and helpful!!

Best Week Ever!

Staying at the Caddis Shack was incredible. The property is beautiful and the house is perfect--all the touches of home and make sure you save time to utilize the game room as it led to hours of fun for us! We couldn't have asked for a better week and this property is one we feel very fortunate to have been able to book and stay at. Thank you Samantha and Randy for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Beautiful house on Madison River

Amazing Property

Excellent stay from start to finish!! Beautiful property. We enjoyed use of the game room, fire pit, grill, decks, etc. All the beds were super comfortable. Cabin is very clean and organized. The complimentary coolers were used everyday as we packed picnics for the park. This was hands down the best place!!

Great family stay

Our family had a great week at Caddis Shack. We all agreed this was the best vacation house we have stayed at. The hosts really set the experience apart by making you feel more like family than unknown guests. They thought of everything and the house is very well appointed. We spent our days visiting Yellowstone and evenings enjoying the river while we prepared dinners. Thank you Samantha for opening up your home to us!

Family Time

Our family group of 9 spent a week at Chaddis Shack. Our sons ages 15 to 26 enjoyed fishing in the river. Our whole group visited, YNP, West Yellowstone, Tetons. We hiked Sheep Lake trail. We enjoyed the fire pit, big dinners and the game room. Perfect time to relax and reconnect.

Breathtaking

We had a blast, fished the Madison, went to Yellowstone, went horseback riding, shot fully automatic guns in West Yellowstone and enjoyed the house. We had 4 adults and 4 teens. There was something for everyone. The owner of the property was amazing and literally thought of everything. A trip of a lifetime!

This was such an amazing property. The homeowners thought of everything. It was so well kept and clean. They provided so many things to help you feel right a home and enjoy your stay. They were great with communication before and during our stay. The river was so peaceful and calming. A little piece of Heaven!

This place was absolutely amazing! It was far enough away from Yellowstone to feel like you were secluded, but close enough to get to all the comforts of dining and shopping. Our family went here to relax and fish. We were surprised by how much more there was to experience. The stars were amazing! The kitchen was well-stocked for us foodies who love to cook. There were lakes close by that are a nice day trip, Cliff Lake and Wade Lake with turquoise water! And you don't have to go far to fish, right out the back door! We will never forget this amazing place!

Amazing family vacation in a beautiful home!!

The Caddis Shack is a beautiful log home right on the Madison River. The owners have thought of every detail from binoculars and the Audubon Field Guide to Birds, to toddler plates and cups to the most comfortable beds. We barbqued and ate on the deck almost every night but we had a difficult time reading the books we brought because we kept staring at amazing view! Randy and Sam's suggestions for places to eat and river guides were spot on. Our son was fly fishing like a pro by the end of the trip (thanks to Madison River Outfitters and Rick Welle)! We didn't want to leave so We have already booked our trip for next year!!

An amazing vacation with breathtaking scenery.

We had an amazing time here. Great location for fishing. My sons fished most of the week and caught a lot of trout. I'm somewhat of a germaphobe and can have a hard time relaxing at vacation homes, but I did not have that problem here. The house was very clean. We all enjoyed snacking of the basket of goodies that was left for us, especially after traveling all day. It was a sweet gesture. Randy and Samantha were easy to work with and were always quick to answer any questions we had. We look forward to coming back again one day!

Seriously? Seriously!

The owners of this property put in SO MUCH care and attention to this house and our experience there. So many details to make your stay a good one are done right. Not to overstate things, but ALL of the details! And it's exceptionally clean. It's clear they have stayed at many vacation rental properties and applied all of the things they saw and liked to their own property. If you are considering staying at this property, just pull the trigger. You won't be disappointed!

Absolutely Great!

This was a top notch stay from beginning to end. The house was immaculate, comfortable and in a wonderful location right on the Madison River (35-40 minute drive to Yellowstone). What made this property particularly special was the many extras you don't expect in a rental property. We were welcomed with a personal note and a wonderful snack package. The house had just about everything you could want: coolers, bear spray, binoculars, pantry items like spices and baggies, coffee and filters, real soap bars in the bathrooms, just to name a few. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need to cook-in nights. The owner was wonderfully responsive and even bought a chess set for the house when I asked if they had one. It's no wonder this property has received so many 5 star ratings- here's one more.

Beautiful property!!!

My husband and I and our two Granddaughters, ages 13 & 14, spent a fablous week enjoying this beautiful home. The owners have thought about everything from any gadget you might need in the kitchen, the most comfortable beds I have experienced in any property we have stayed in, great washer and dryer and the TV's! The space was unbelievable......we didn't even use the loft or the lower level space and still had plenty of room. The deck over looking the Madison River was the place my husband and I loved to sit and just take in our surroundings. The sound of the river and sitting to watch the sun sets will forever be in our memories. Thanks to Kathy, the property manager for all of her assistance in making this a great experience for all of us. Also, Samatha, the owner, for her kindness in letting me know she found one of the Granddaughter's new Yellowstone shirt, and will be mailing it to me! It was a great experience from beginning to end!

Perfect cabin

This cabin had absolutely everything you could possibly need. Plenty of supplies (including soft toliet tissue:-). We cooked 4 nights and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, blenders, etc. We were greeted with chocolate, coffee and some fishing flies. The cabin has a fire pit outside near the river which we loved. We played ping ping and cornhole (at the cabin) with the entire family. There were also board games but we stayed outside most of the time. Bear spray, binoculars and ice chests were available for day use which was wonderful! Being right on the Madison River, my “boys” fished some everyday. We were close to West Yellowstone (30 minutes) and made other day trips to Big Sky (white water rafting), Ennis, and Jackson Hole. After our day trips I soaked in the master bath tub with lavender bath bombs that the owner also had supplied. I would recommend this cabin to parties of 6 to 10 people knowing it will be perfect!

We have been coming to fish the Madison River since 2000. Over the years we have stayed in motels in West Yellowstone, brought our RV to West Yellowstone and rented homes along the river. We really wanted to have a home on the right water and offer it as a rental to others coming here. In 2012, we were able to buy this lot and finished building our custom log home in 2014. So much thought has gone into making this the best rental around. We used our experience as guests ourselves and provided what we felt all the others were missing. We want you to enjoy our home with family and friends, feel at peace listening to the river and taking in all Montana has to offer. It's the perfect getaway spot!!
