We stayed there for 3 nights for the University of Rochester Commencement Weekend 2026! The house was marvelous and close to the university, shopping center, and restaurants. The driveway accommodated our 3 large SUVs without blocking the sidewalk. The check-in/check-out process was very simple. The Host checked on us every day to make sure everything was going great.

First the initial picture of the outside of the house on initial ad when we booked was a white house that was quite wide and appeared to be on a large lot. In reality it is very narrow house, om very small lot in very run down neighborhoodHouse has some quality . But kitchen devoid of of very basic cooking tools. Barely enough silverware. We left coffee maker,and spatula, No microwave.Corporate owner No consistent communication. Very much concerned about making it convenient for them not us. One felt like one was communicating with a robot Person who delivered the dishes because previous renter had not washed them told us to take an uber to Strong museum because parking is atrocius. They have huge parking gara ge. Glad we drove.Very small combined living room dining room. They advertise that house can accomade 13 We had 7 adults two youth.Side porch not cleaned very wornthey did have a few bogus retreat books around. Description as professional retreat is a stretch if I am kind. Claimes to have arcade, It is large Connect four platic game in upstairs room.. Rochester and the lake and museum are good.

Thank you for your feedback. Because several statements in this review conflict with the documented history of this reservation and the listing, we believe prospective guests deserve additional context. The statement that the listing originally showed a large white house is incorrect. The Weyl Collective listing has been live since March 2026, and the exterior photographs are the original photographs of this property and have not been changed. Before arrival, this guest actually asked whether the house was brown. We responded that it was grayish and specifically directed him to the exterior photograph already displayed in the listing. The claim of “no consistent communication” is also inconsistent with the reservation record. We communicated extensively from booking through checkout through the platform, by telephone, and through staff interactions at the property. The message history documents repeated follow-ups, verification, address confirmation, arrival coordination, access assistance, detailed check-in information, responses to questions, dish updates and delivery, a proactive check-in after the first night, landscaping coordination, and communication through checkout. Regarding the kitchen, a portion of the dishes had temporarily been removed following the immediately preceding reservation so they could be properly washed. We called the guest before check-in, explained the situation, advised that they would be returned within approximately 2–3 hours, and he agreed. The

Better than expected! We booked last Minute for a family reunion and are so glad we did. The home was SPOTLESS! Smelled fresh, and felt brand new the linens were new on all 6 beds for us with mattress protectors those were new too, we checked! You can tell the furniture is new from the looks feel and smell.I feel it's perfect for working crew, and long stays, or even traveling professionals, honestly felt like we could move in long-term.Photos are just as online but even better in person, the host was extremely responsive via website and especially by phone I feel it's an extra perk and quality high of service when you can get multiple ways of communication and they exceeded went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth. They even checked in on us the next day to see how our first night was. It was so peaceful and quiet safe and peace at mind, perfect lighting in the day and night, our family really enjoyed our stay. I will admit my kitchen got nothing on this place looks hand crafted, you can tell they took there time here in the designed, it's very spacious throughout the home, it stands out, different layout I've never seen. It's like 2 houses in one I feel like.Location was convenient to everything hospital down the road all stores and restaurants you can think of. We got around easily the entire trip it's literally in the middle of major events that occurs in Rochester. Great location worth every penny, and I would pay more for what it offers!
