Our retreat is built for the `Fire & Ice` ritual, or better known as the “Nordic Cycle” which truly shines in the winter months. After a day in the crisp air, our recovery circuit is ready to warm you to the bone.

The Wood-Fired Cedar Sauna: Deep, aromatic heat that serves as the heart of the retreat. It’s the ultimate way to quiet the mind and thaw out after a winter hike.
