Thank you for your review and for your kind comments regarding the cleanliness of the home and our responsiveness during your stay. We appreciate your feedback. We would like to clarify that the listing description does disclose that this is a private guest house (ADU) located on a shared property with the homeowner residing in the front house. The description also states that there is a private dog area reserved for the homeowner’s dogs and that certain outdoor areas, including the pool area, are shared spaces. We understand that every guest has different expectations, and we appreciate your suggestion regarding the visibility of this information. Based on your feedback, we will continue working to make these details even more prominent for future guests. Thank you again for staying with us, and we’re glad to hear you found the home clean and enjoyed your overall stay.

Hi Michael, Thank you again for staying with us and for your feedback we’re glad your family enjoyed the home. We’d like to kindly clarify a couple of points: • There was no cleaning activity taking place at 12am during your stay • The property does have a doorbell camera; however, any notifications are sent only to the host’s phone and do not produce any sound or disturbance at the property • Regarding parking, as soon as we received your message, we moved the vehicle immediately to make access easier for you We always aim to provide a smooth and comfortable experience and truly appreciate your feedback. Thank you again, and we’d be happy to host you anytime.
