The space

The property comes stocked with supplies for staying in or heading out!
Inside you'll find plenty of dishes and cooking tools for full meals, barware tools for making mixed drinks and a center island with seating for four. Also for staying in there's a cupboard with games & puzzles, wifi, smart tv with Xfinity cable & comfy rocking chairs on the balcony.

Outside play supplies includes a bag with tennis and pickleball supplies, pool noodles, beach towels, a beach wagon, cooler, beach umbrella and shelling equipment. There are bike racks available with nearby bike rental stands.

If you’re in the mood for activity, the heated pool is a great spot to exercise or just relax and enjoy the sun-filled days; if you want something a little more active there are pickleball and tennis courts. Public trolley available to Publix and Time Square. Just minutes away from a wide variety of restaurants and shopping and conveniently located across from Santini Plaza. Just steps away from Shelling, Dolphin Watching, and sea Turtle Nests. Take a Five Minute Drive to Lovers State Park for kayaking, hiking and manatee sightings. Numerous water activities are offered including fishing charters, scuba and snorkel adventure, jet ski rentals, parasailing. Want to go explore? Sanibel, Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Naples are all nearby with plenty of shopping, dining, and sightseeing to experience.

Checkin Information:
Upon Arrival,
1st - Please stop at building B (the middle building) at the desk across from the office and fill out the packet “FOR GUEST” then drop it in the locked box on desk or in office if open. This will include your parking pass (tear off the guest part and leave it on your car’s dashboard)

Other things to note
There are just a few rules and disclosures to note:

A minimum of 6 nights must be booked. This is an association rule and enforced.

The association does not allow smoking in the unit or on the balcony. This is strictly enforced. This includes tobacco, marijuana and vaping. There is a designated smoking area on-site with shade and benches.
