Right on the beach

Building,grounds and unit are in very good shape. The beach is a short walk from the building and the surf fishing is great. Everyone we ran into was friendly and the maintenance people are awesome.

Amazing Stay!

The condo was beautiful and had all the essentials. Steps to a gorgeous beach. Perfect shells to collect everywhere. Dolphins playing just off shore. Water perfect temp. and everyday sunny and bright.

Great Getaway

We had a great five days in this condo. The location was perfect for us, as we like the south end of the island. Although not directly beachfront, you can see the ocean from the balcony. The first floor location made it possible to take the stairs if you didn't want to wait on the elevator. The condo isn't big, but it's perfect for a couple. We didn't cook at all, so I can't really say what's there if you want to cook full meals. There is a Keurig, and that's all my husband used. There were plenty of towels, a walk-in shower, and nice beach chairs (which some condos don't have). Another plus was an easy-to-use TV system. We've stayed in some places that were impossible to figure out. For us, it was a very nice stay. I wish there was an overhead fan, but there was a desktop fan in the closet. The owner was very nice and responsive. We'd stay there again.

Be careful about this place

This is a quaint and cozy unit with nice beach decor. It's been nicely updated and well equipped. The king bed is very comfortable and linens and towels are nice. There is a washer/dryer but not connected. Comfortable for 2 people but not for 2 more adults, but maybe ok for smaller children. We came in January 2024 and were shocked by the outward condition of the property. The property description isn't close to being accurate making it seem like there's nothing wrong. The entire building is under construction with equipment and materials scattered everywhere. The pool is shot and there's construction equipment and noise all day. They even make you sign an Indemnity Waiver for any personal loss, damage or injury. What does that tell you? The beach is great but we wouldn't return here and especially would not bring children here.

Patricia as one of the first guests since our property was opened after Hurricane Ian. it is sad that we get punished for something that was not part of our listing: washer and dryer was not connected and was not part of our listing for that reason. however, it is connected now and working beautifully :) pool- was not in our listing, for that reason that it was still being worked on after the hurricane Ian. everything in our listing was accurate and according to the current condition of the property. it is in "details to know", and i specifically talk about the damage after hurricane Ian, and that there is still work going on the grounds. the whole building is NOT under construction. so give us one star because you got the unit exactly as it was advertise is very disappointing. and since we are talking here about it, here are some updates. pool is almost complete, it has being filled up with water last week. just waiting on the final inspection. laundry room is being worked on. most current work that is still going on is the tile installation on the grounds around the building. Patricia really should read the full details of the listing before she makes next reservation.
