Welcome to Almost Heaven at OKI! Whether you're seeking a relaxing getaway or an adventure-filled family vacation, our beach house is a peaceful oasis tucked away on a rare, quiet street with little to no traffic in the heart of Oak Island. With five bedrooms featuring a mix of king, queen, full, bunk, and twin beds, guests have plenty of space to relax and unwind. Three bathrooms offer both showers and bathtubs, making it easy to refresh after a day of adventure.

It is in close proximity to all of Oak Island’s dining and shopping options. The beach house can sleep up to 11 guests. **Living and Dining Areas:**
The living room is a perfect cozy spot to unwind after a long beach day. It features two large sofas and two armchairs. Entertainment options include a Smart TV with Roku and sound bar providing endless streaming possibilities via free and fast WIFI, as well as Spectrum cable television.

Adjacent to the living area, you'll find a lovely dining space with a large table. For a quick breakfast or a casual meal, there's also a breakfast bar with four additional bar stools. The open floor plan also features a large cabinet stocked with books, puzzles, and board games for your family to relax and enjoy during your downtime.

**Kitchen:**
The kitchen is newly renovated featuring stainless steel appliances, a large island, modern cabinets, countertops, lighting, as well as a built-in ice machine for filling up your coolers. It's well stocked with cookware, bakeware, plates, utensils, a griddle and everything you need to make a family meal at home. It also boasts a drip coffee maker, perfect for your morning brew, a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

**Bedrooms:**
-Bedroom 1 (upstairs): The primary bedroom features a private, fully renovated bathroom, nightstands, a king-sized bed, closet with hangers and a dresser. It also comes equipped with a Smart TV for your entertainment.

-Bedroom 2 (upstairs): This bedroom is directly beside the primary bedroom. It features bunk beds (full on the bottom and twin on top), a Smart TV, dresser, and two nightstands.

-Bedroom 3 (upstairs): Just down the hall from the primary bedroom, this kid-friendly bedroom features two twin-sized beds, a Smart TV, dresser, nightstand, desk, and closet storage space with hangers.

-Bedroom 4 (first floor): Located just off the kitchen, this bedroom has a peaceful ambiance and is steps away from the wrap-around deck and ocean views. It features a full-sized bed, Smart TV, dresser, nightstand, and closet with hangers.

-Bedroom 5 (first floor): Also located on the main floor, bedroom 5 features a queen-sized bed, dresser, Smart TV, nightstands and closet storage with hangers. It’s located adjacent to the kitchen and family room areas.

** Bathrooms **
-Bathroom 1 (upstairs): This newly renovated bathroom is connected to the primary bedroom for your private enjoyment. It features your own private shower, vanity, and toilet.

-Bathroom 2 (upstairs): This newly renovated bathroom features a full-sized bathtub, shower, toilet, and vanity.

-Bathroom 3 (first floor): Located just off the kitchen, between bedrooms 4 & 5, this full bath has been completely renovated with a new toilet, shower, and vanity.

**Laundry Room**
No beach house would be complete without a full-size washer and dryer for your comfort. This home has a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and laundry basket. It’s quietly hidden behind a double set of doors just off the kitchen on the first floor. Don’t forget to pack your favorite detergent!

**Outdoor Area:**
This oceanfront home features a wrap-around deck with a private walkway leading to direct beach access. The upper deck is a peaceful spot for relaxation. It features comfortable loungers, rocking chairs, end tables, and Polywood Adirondack chairs for soaking in the sun and surf.

-Outdoor shower: After a day of lounging in the sun and looking for seashells, rinse off in the outdoor shower conveniently located outside the home. There is also a hose beside the shower for your convenience to wash off all of your beach chairs after a long day.

-Parking: The house has its own private driveway and parking.

-Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire home and yard, except for three locked owner's closets.
