It had all we needed for a quick beach getaway with two young kids! We enjoyed the beach with towels, chairs, umbrella and boogie board included, the two pools, arcade, coffee and restaurants steps away.

Beautiful condo with harbor view from balcony. Two pools are available for people who stay at the complex. Property is on the beach, so no need to cross a street.Host was oustanding with communication through VRBO app for check-in and check-out. The pictures are amazing, but actually being in the condo was above my expectations. The bed was comfortable to sleep in. Washer and dryer are in the condo, no need for community units. If I could give top rates for this place. I highly recommend this place unit. Thank you for a beautiful stay.

The property was beautiful, and we had a wonderful stay. The location was excellent, the views were stunning, and the condo was immaculately clean and very well maintained. My only suggestion for future improvement would be to consider installing a keypad entry system instead of traditional keys. There were three keys on the ring—one for the storage area and two for the front door—but we were only able to get one of the front door keys to work consistently (although it's entirely possible we were doing something wrong). As a family of five with older kids who often head off in different directions, having only one working key was a bit challenging at times. A keypad would make coming and going much easier for larger groups. That said, this was truly our only minor concern and more of a suggestion than a complaint. Everything else was perfect, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this property!

Susanne, thank you for the great review. We are happy to hear you had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the location and the stunning views. We sincerely apologize for the inconvienence of the second key. We will have our maintanence team take a look at that. A keypad for entry is definitely something we will consider for future upgrades. We hope to host your family the next time you visit Sandbridge.

The unit itself was beautiful and clean. It is steps from the beach. We appreciated having a parking garage. The pool looked clean but we didn’t use it. It was great having a good Mexican restaurant right on site. The host was attentive and communicated well.

I would have preferred an early check in and a later check out. We felt pressed to leave early. We really enjoyed the condo and wanted to enjoy one more morning and breakfast, but felt we had to hurry up and clean up and get out.

Blanca, thank you for staying with us and taking the time to provide your feedback. We love hearing that you really enjoyed the condo and wanted to stay longer. That is the highest compliment we could ask for. We truly apologize that you felt rushed on your final morning. Because we often have guests arriving and departing on the same day, our cleaning crew needs every minute of that designated window to ensure the condo is sanitized and ready for the next stay. We would love to welcome you back the next time you are visiting.
