Both bedrooms are designed for comfort and relaxation, making this condo perfect for families, couples, or friends traveling together. Two bathrooms makes getting ready a breeze. The open living and dining areas provide plenty of space to unwind after a day at the beach.

The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The essentials for cooking are provided: cookware, dinnerware, glassware, and utensils. Enjoy your meals at the dining table, or take advantage of the grills and seating in the courtyard.

The Sanctuary at False Cape offers a resort feel with direct beach access, 3 swimming pools (seasonal), 2 fitness rooms, and 2 nearby restaurants. The complex (not the unit) is oceanfront and the beach can be accessed without crossing any roads. Beach chairs, as well as some other beach/pool supplies, are available for use in the private storage unit located at garage level. Jose Tequilas Mexican Grill and Bar is located on the property, and Baja Restaurant (closed for a few weeks during the winter season) is located across the street. An arcade is located in the A building (the building across from ours). It will be open Saturdays and Sundays before Memorial Day and after Labor Day. During the summer season, it will be open 7 days a week.

Set in the quiet and scenic Sandbridge community, this condo offers a true beach getaway with uncrowded beaches, natural surroundings, and easy access to outdoor adventures while still being a short drive from the attractions of Virginia Beach. For those families traveling for sporting events/tournaments, we are located approximately 30 minutes away from the Virginia Beach Convention Center and the Virginia Beach Sports Complex.

Visiting in the off-season? Fall, winter, and spring are some of the best times to experience Sandbridge. Enjoy long, peaceful beach walks, cast a line at Little Island Fishing Pier next door, or explore the hiking/biking trails at the Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge. Then come home to a cozy condo and those famous bay sunsets, which shine all year long.

Important Notes:
The minimum age to rent is 25. At least one person who is 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the duration of the rental. The Sanctuary at False Cape is a non-smoking property. Smoking (of any kind) is prohibited in the unit, on the balcony, and in the common areas of the property. Pets are not allowed. No parties or events allowed in the unit.
Pools are managed by the condo association. They are typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day. Availability is subject to weather, maintenance, and/or repairs. The oceanfront restaurant/bar is owned and operated by a third party. It is currently closed indefinitely.
The unit comes with one assigned/marked space. One additional unmarked space is available on a first come first served basis. Garage clearance is 6'8". Additional public parking is located next door at Little Island Park and Fishing Pier (fee applies).

**Maintenance projects and repairs do occur throughout the complex during the off season (post Labor Day to pre Memorial Day).** Work is scheduled on the North and South side of the buildings. Our unit is located on the west side. Work was completed on our side Spring 2026.
