Steep walk to main door and had to go up or down steps to bathroom from kitchen floor- so hard for elderly in our group. Game downstairs didn’t work. Very nice balconies could use more chairs on those. We had a wonderful time during our stay— great complex for family reunion of over eighty people.

Was a quiet spot with plenty of room for all 7 of us. Would book again when in Gatlinburg area.

Cabin was a great place to cool off durning the hot week we had in Gatlinburg. We enjoyed activities in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville.

Floors will make your socks black. Dirty under the rugs. Mud path going into lower level. Lower level stinks of dog pee. Floorboards are bowing due to dog urine. place is very dark also. Carpenter ants everywhere. Dog hair on everything especially beds and pillows

We make sure to have our cleaners take pictures of before and after this. We do keep staff on hand 24/7 and had we known prior we could have sent someone out for the issues you experienced. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the past several years, our soccer team has stayed in several Elk Spring cabins. These cabins never disappoint! They are clean, well-maintained, have great amenities in each cabin and are a great location for us. We love them, and keep coming back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we enjoyed ourself, the cabin is very beautiful and spacious. The only negative is the internet went out in the middle of our stay, we called maintenance he couldn't fix so we had no internet or tv so that sucked. Also the bed cover and pillows had a odd old smell to them, I would suggest bringing your own cover and pillow.
