25th wedding anniversary get away

Reviewer Comments: The weather was cool, but we enjoyed the drives thru the mountains, we also saw two black bears along the way, it was nice to see them from a safe distance. The cabin was nice and cozy, we enjoyed the hot tub, and the views from our balcony. We enjoyed Dollywood and Trish’s restaurant. We hope to comeback again sometime.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cabin was absolutely perfect for our stay. Had everything we needed. The view was phenomenal. This cabin was very clean as well. Only downfall was on our way to the cabin recieved a text stating our hot tub was out of commission. We were staying in cabin for our 20 year anniversary, so we really wanted a hot tub for relaxation. I did ask if we could possibly get another cabin with a hot tub, they found us one that was going to be available, but unfortunately couldn't give us a check in time. I agreed for the change, then went online to view cabin and it just wasn't the view of the mountains that we wanted, so decided to stick with original cabin. They said they were very sorry for inconvenience and could possibly look into some type of reimbursement for the inconvenience. They were very easy to work with and tried to accommodate the best they could. I will definitely book from them again.

Great place

Cabin was as described, but not all shower heads worked unfortunately. Also, bring a bottle/wine opener as we could not find one. Pool table was a nice benefit of this cabin. Would stay again.

The view of the mountain and the peaceful setting was awesome! Cabin itself was just what we wanted. Had a little problem with tiny ants in the downstairs vanity area. Few cobwebs here and there but overall a nice stay. Would consider this again for future stays. A bit of drive to Gatlinburg, but we found our way around with google. It was our 50th anniversary stay. Loved the hottub in the evenings.

Hot tub did not work - main reason we rented this cabin. Called it in to be fixed 1st day - they came out and said it was fixed...was not. Only warmed to 68 degrees. Dishwasher was broken, full of dirty water. Didnt fix it either. Had to hand wash everything with only 2 kitchen towels. Asked for a drying dish rack or extra towels - nope.They ask women to use makeup wipes provided to see remove makeup so you dont stain their towels...no makeup wipes were provided. Stay anywhere else
