Welcome to Oakhurst Oasis! This is YOUR oasis and retreat away from it all! Experience the million-dollar waterfront view and southern exposure located in beautiful Oakhurst Shores, in Seminole. The beyond awesome view when you walk in will take your breath away! We are just 5 minutes away from Madeira and Redington Beaches. You'll love sitting on the dock with your morning coffee watching the dolphins play and or the pelicans dive-bombing for fish! Take a dip in our beautiful, heated salt-water swimming pool! Turn on the colored pool lights at night. Ahhhh....the quiet and peacefulness here is outstanding! Oh...and did we mention the view? Be sure to take advantage of the 3 kayaks we have available for your use. We have all the life vests you'll need!

Oakhurst Oasis is just 30 minutes from the Tampa airport and 30 minutes from downtown St. Petersburg. In 5 minutes, you can visit Madeira or Redington beaches and choose from so many wonderful local restaurants! The entire St. Petersburg area has so many beautiful parks, there is truly something here for everyone.

Oakhurst Oasis has 3 quaint, coastal-themed bedrooms, each with a newer queen-sized bed, large closet, working desk with charging station and smart TV. The master bedroom has an adjustable bed. The attached bathroom has a large walk-in shower! The 2nd bathroom has a tub and shower combination.

The utility room off the kitchen provides you with lots of extra storage, sink, coffee bar and a laundry area complete with ironing board and steam iron.

The fully appointed kitchen has a natural gas range, microwave and dishwasher. There is an extra prep sink with garbage disposal, and reverse osmosis water for drinking. The refrigerator is hooked up to reverse osmosis water for drinking and for ice. For your recyclables we have a trash compactor.

The outdoor kitchen features a brand-new Weber Genesis grill. There is lots of seating at the outdoor bar and a TV for viewing. There is also a Pit Boss ceramic smoker/grill (think Big Green Egg) for your creative chef! Enjoy a glass of wine in the evening by the outdoor fire table.

After a long day, you can relax and watch TV in the living room on the comfortable, adjustable leather sofa and loveseat. The fireplace provides Oakhurst Oasis with a bit more of a quaint and comfortable vibe.

Note about pets: If your small dog (under 20 pounds only) would like to join you, let us know. We do allow one small dog for an extra fee. We highly recommend that your small dog wears a life vest near the dock, pool and seawall due to falling or drowning dangers. We do not allow cats on the property due to guest allergies.

We are a non-smoking or vaping home. Parties or events are not allowed. Maximum number of guests in the home is 8 at any one time due to local restrictions, maximum sleeping guests 6. Minimum 5-night stay. We welcome longer stays and offer a discount for longer stays. Due to the pool, dock and sea wall, we ask you to be mindful of the dangers. Please supervise all children near the pool, sea wall or on the dock - wear life vests that are supplied. NOTE: We charge a reasonable pool heating fee ONLY in the winter months. The nighttime temperatures can be very cool, so it is hard to keep the pool warm enough. (Nov.-Feb.) If you do not wish to use the pool during these months, let us know and we will remove that fee.

Due to the liability, our boat is NOT for guest use. Please do not climb onto the boat. Our guests are welcome to use our 3 kayaks and to fish from the dock! Please return the blue kayaks to the floating dock and place them upside down to keep them clean and dry. The larger fishing kayak is located behind the outdoor kitchen and can be returned there.

In our garage you'll find bikes/helmets available for your use! You can use our fishing poles in the garage as well. If you want to play tennis in the area, there are a few tennis racquets available for you, also in the garage. We have 2 brand new beach umbrellas and a beach wagon for your use. There is so much to do here and you are just minutes away from all the beautiful beaches, parks and attractions that Tampa Bay and the St. Petersburg areas have to offer!
