"Twin Rocks" sommerhus er en charmerende 2 Bdrm / 1 bad tilbagetog på Sebago Lake med fantastisk udsigt over The White Mtns. Nyd betagende solnedgange over Jordan Bay fra roen på dit dæk, strand, dock og ildsted ... Dette nyrenoverede komfortable, hyggelige, immaculately rene sommerhus er klar til at nyde, slappe af og "skabe minder, der vil vare livet" ... og "JA", vi har kabel & wifi ... Stuen og verandaen-stil veranda har udsigt over søen og har AC til de varme sommerdage. Det komplette bad er stort badekar / brusebad. Køkkenet har et bord m / 4 stole og er bestemt fuldt udstyret til alle dine madlavningsbehov ... endda en hummerpotte. Vi har et smukt spiseplads udenfor med bord og stole, en propanriste med en sidebrænder og en "million dollar"
 udsigt!! Vandet er bogstaveligt talt 45 'fra huset. Vi tilføjede et ildsted ved kysten for at nyde de afslappende nætter ved ilden.

Fantastic location on Jordan Bay. The cottage was extremely clean. The window ACs were very nice to have as it was fairly hot the week we were there. The owner is very friendly and helpful. No problem with docking and mooring the rental boat. We certainly enjoyed our week there.

Great spot on Sebago

Easy check in and property was exactly as described. The family loved being on the lake for the week and entertaining friends. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect lakeside cabin.

The cabin is just as described - clean, quiet, comfortable. Wonderful views of Sebago Lake from the bedroom and front room. The owners live next door and are friendly and helpful. We hope to be back next year!

The property is just beautiful. The house is neat and tidy with everything you need and nothing you don't while maintaining its mid-century charm. The views of the lake are breathtaking. The water is clear and clear with a rocky bottom... that means no weeds and no muck (but you tenderfoots might want to bring water shoes)! The property is clean and quiet but only five minutes away from all the stores, restaurants, and services you might need. And Roxanne is just the best; very helpful and responsive. We very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back.

We Love This Cottage

This is our 3rd year at this charming cottage on Lake Sebago. My family loves to come here and relax, enjoying the clean water, the beautiful surroundings, and the great hospitality. We hope to be back again next year. Thank you for making this a favorite place for us Roxanne and Kelly.

Great family vacation spot

Lovely location for anyone who enjoys being on the lake. Great beach access for little kiddos and those looking to swim, paddle board, fish, boat or just enjoy sitting and relaxing. Lots of comfy seating, inside and out. Comfortable beds and a great fire ring and sitting area . Responsive owner who works hard to ensure a great stay. Thank you Roxanne and Kelly! Wonderful family vacation spot

Twin Rocks was a wonderful spot for our vacation on Sebago Lake. The cabin is immaculately clean. The property is in a beautiful spot that feels secluded but is still 5 minutes from a grocery store. Our kids had a fabulous time jumping off the dock and playing on the little beach. Roxanne was a wonderful, attentive host. We can't wait to go back!

We had an amazing stay! It was right on the water while being less than 2 miles from stores restaurants etc, but you would never know it while at the house. Roxanne and Kelly were awesome! Accommodating, helpful and friendly! Loved the house!

Charming Lakeside Cottage

Roxanne and Kelly were very accommodating. Cottage was very clean, comfortable and very well equipped. They also provided Roku TV, which was great. They provided a dock and mooring as well as inflatable floats and kayaks.

Relaxing!

What a great cottage! We stayed for a week and the place was spotless, relaxing, and on a quiet little cove of the lake. Roxanne was a great boat who was there for all of our needs. The property was set in the woods and was so fun to explore. We will definitely be back if we ever return to Sebago Lake.

Amazing Week on Sebago

Roxanne is a great host! The check-in process was very easy and she stopped by to explain everything about the cottage and property. She always responded quick to questions via text and was very flexible in our checkout process since we needed to leave at 4am for a flight. Overall the property is in great shape and was everything we wanted and more for our vacation on Sebago. Would definitely highly recommend this property!

Sebago Lake rental

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. It is a great location with a great view of the lake and fantastic sunsets. The hosts were wonderful and made sure we were happy with everything. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed in it. The sunroom had a great view of the lake . We went kayaking and was able to use my new motorboat and use the dock and mooring. Overall, a wonderful time.

Perfect lake getaway

Our week at Sebago Lake couldn’t have been any better. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed to keep us and the kids (2&4) comfortable being away from home all week. Roxanne was an excellent host and always available for questions, recommendations, and even replaced a broken coffee maker (a true emergency) on the same day. Less than 5 minutes to food, grocery stores, shopping; couldn’t recommend this property, or host enough.

Everything Was Perfect

Twin Rocks is a lovely cottage overlooking Jordan Bay with a view of Mount Washington. The property is very well equipped and only a short drive from any shopping you may need to do.The owner who is right next door respects your privacy, but is there is you need anything.

We absolutely loved our stay at Twin Rocks. Roxanne was the most wonderful host!! She was so kind and even brought treats to our kids while we were relaxing by the lake. A little piece of heaven.

Extraordinary location, remote but within 2miles of grocery, restaurants and activities. Hosts were very gracious, cottage was very clean and well stocked for cooking, and had a selection of games & puzzles. The view both from the sunroom and the picture window in the master bedroom were amazing to see the sunsets everyday. Kids had a blast jumping off the dock and sitting around the firepit at night. I would definitely recommend this location for your vacation.

Slice of heaven

My husband and I stayed in this quaint, lovely cabin on Sebago Lake the week of July 6-13, and had such a peaceful and relaxing time. The view from the sun porch picture window is breathtaking! We so enjoyed meeting the owner, Roxanne, and she made us feel right at home immediately, and had several great suggestions for things to do, as well as places nearby to eat. If you stay, you will find it difficult to leave, as it truly is the perfect location for a true Maine lake experience!

Incredible location and awesome cottage.

One of the cleanest and most comfortable locations that my family and I have vacationed at in years. Cottage is situated in a great, quiet spot on Jordan Bay yet is still located near a marina, restaurants, Planet Fitness, and retail and grocery stores. Dock and mooring were perfect for our boat, and the views from the outside fire pit and cottage windows were awesome. Water was crystal clear and perfect. Great place to escape to on vacation, relax and enjoy with the family. Roxanne was very helpful, informative and accomodating..great host, no stories.....Will definitely be back again!

Awesome week at Twin Rocks cottage!

We spent a week at Twin Rocks cottage and had a wonderful time. The location is perfect, right on the lake and close to everything in town. Roxanne and Kelly go out of their way to make sure your stay is comfortable. The cottage is adorable and well stocked with everything you could possible need. We enjoyed cooking several meals inside the cottage as well as outside on the grill. Our daughter loved being able to make s'mores at the fire pit! Thanks Roxanne and Kelly for a wonderful week at Twin Rocks!

Relaxing enjoyable vacation

Our stay at Twin Rocks was nothing but spectacular! From our amazing hostess and hubby to the spotless cottage(and I mean spotless), crystal clear water, perfect location. While at this gem of a cottage you feel like you are a million miles from civilization, but in fact you are only 1 minute away from the grocery store, restaurants, Walmart, Home Depot and shops galore. Roxanne made our stay impeccable with excellent communication and was available at the drop of a hat. You rock Roxanne!! We throughly enjoyed ourselves here and you will too.

Perfect week at Twin Rocks

We had an amazing week at the lake. The cottage was immaculate and cozy. The lake was crystal clear, great for swimming and lounging. The beach area is a bit rocky, so water shoes are recommended. Roxanne was a perfect host, meeting us upon check-in and giving us the tour. She allowed us an earlier check-in time, which was greatly appreciated. Very convenient location with grocery stores, restaurants and movie theater just 5 minutes away. Looking forward to returning next year!

Beautiful Views and a few steps to the water

Super clean and cute cottage with beautiful water views from the master bedroom and the porch. Relax on the chairs provided on the deck under shady trees and enjoy the view and water. We visited Portland and did a Trolley tour, went horseback riding at Carousel Horse Farm, and played mini-golf at Steamboat Landing. There are food stores and restaurants not far away I would suggest a railing on the walkways for safety. Thank you for sharing your Cottage. Bill and Janet

Lake front cottage offers lots of options for your stay

This charming cottage offers a great spot to simply chill and enjoy the incredible view and comfortable living spaces. If you prefer to play in the lake you have immediate access to do so. Cottage is well equipped, very clean with easy access to shopping areas and eateries only 10 minutes away. Property owner is easily available for any reason and quick to respond. Owner puts much effort into shaping a wonderful experience and is a good communicator. Highly recommend this property. Beautiful sunsets to enjoy!! Jordan bay offers a quiet respite from the larger lake activity. Looking forward to another stay next year! Appreciate you sharing this special place with us!!

This 'Twin Rocks' cottage is right on the lake, has a beach, with sun and perfect spot for swimming, boating, kayaking, fishing (salmon,bass,trout), water skiing, and jet skiing. The water is crystal clear and deep water for mooring any size boat. Certainly a must see...!
