It comes with hardwood and tile floors (no carpet), stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, large gas stove, tankless water heater, IN-UNIT washer/dryer, central heating, and 1 assigned driveway parking space.

No smoking of any kind (including vaping). Pets are conditional: cats will be considered; one dog over the age of 1 year old considered on a case-by-case basis and with Vet verification. Absolutely no dogs under the age of 1, no exceptions. Cats cost an additional $1,000/stay (up to two) and dogs will cost an additional $500-750/stay (depending on breed, size, age, etc), if they are approved. Balance of pet fees will be added to your reservation, if approved, as applicable. No exceptions to the rules. No discounts.
