Great location

Immaculate and very well equipped rental. We’ve stayed at many places in San Clemente and this was one of the best.

The host Suzy is wonderful! And the place is clean and very roomy, great neighborhood and close restaurants! Wonderful close to Beach highly recommend it!

Great location in San Clemente

This property had everything we needed for my son and I during our weeks long stay. The location to the Pier and downtown made it so convenient for dining and shopping. The owner was super communicative. Will definitely look to stay here again on our next trip to San Clemente.

Great place for a family

We had a wonderful stay at the property, it was clean and Suzi was beyond helpful as a host. The location is very convenient to access downtown and the trolley to the beach. The place is the perfect size for a family to enjoy a longer stay near the beach.

Great property in a great location

Well stocked throughout and kitchen was also very well stocked and very organized. Property was in a great location and minutes from beach, restaurants, and shops. Also, super close to main street not too close that you could hear street noise or crowds. House was well set up and plenty of room for two tweens and 2 adults. Could hear upstairs guests when we first checked in but fortunately, they left a day after we checked in. Not sure how you can manage noise control from upstairs, though. Would definitely stay here again!

Spacious, great location... perfect

Perfect location just off Main Street Del Mar. 5 minute walk to beach and local shops/market. Apartment is cool, clean, spacious. Host was fantastic keeping in touch and left a lovely welcome basket for us on arrival. Would recommend and will definitely be back!

The perfect vacation spot...

My wife, 3 sons (ages 12, 9 and 7) and I just spent a week at this property in San Clemente. Everything was GREAT! San Clemente far exceeded our expectations. The beaches are beautiful, the restaurants are great and them people are friendly. The property is spacious, clean and in a great location. The shops and restaurants are easily within walking distance. The ocean is a 5 minute walk down the hill. Since we had surfboards, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc, I simply parked our car down by the beach each morning so when we wanted to go to the beach, all our stuff was easily accessibly. Parking is only $1.50 per hour from 10am - 5pm. All and all, we had such a wonderful vacation and would do it again in a heartbeat! Thank you to Suzi who checked in on us via text a couple of times during the week to make sure everything was to our liking. Thanks Suzi, we had a blast!!!

Wonderful Pet Friendly and Amazing Location!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week stay in this gorgeous property!!! The location couldn't be more perfect. Walking distance to all the great restaurants and shopping and of course the beautiful beach! The home is clean and updated and perfect to bring along kids or pets. The owners are very easy to work with and they have been very conscientious of the needs of their guests. The home has everything you could possibly need to make your stay feel "at home" as possible. We highly recommend this property for your vacation or staycation!

Fantastic Place

We stayed here for a couple weeks and loved it. We walked to the beach, trolley, restaurants. Everything is within a few minute walk. The layout of the place allows for great privacy in the second room for families. Highly recommend.

This San Clemente beach home is truly a gem!

This beautiful home is nestled in the trees giving privacy that is hard to find so close to the beach. It’s a short walk to everything- restaurants, shopping and the beach. The home is well equipped with everything you need including a full kitchen. We were given a much appreciated guest basket on arrival with Starbucks coffee, wine and a few snacks. The owners Suzi and Steven were wonderful and arranged for us to stay longer than our original booking. We would highly recommend this gem of San Clemente!

Great time

Great location, surprisingly spacious, downstairs back unit. Walking distance to restaurant, beach/pier. Owners are very nice and accommodating to make your stay pleasurable. Sweet gift basket awaited our arrival, with a lovely bottle of wine and coffee (THANK YOU!!)!!! Beds are decent, large one bathroom, washer & dryer, one good sized tv, bbq, small private patio, breakfast bar and dining room table, VERY CLEAN. Will stay again! PS> I really appreciated the required insurance we purchased. It was nice knowing that if the unfortunate accident happened, we didn't have to worry. I wish all vacation rentals went this way instead.

Great location, exceeds expectations.

This property is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and the beach. The property is well maintained and is extremely roomy. Walking distance to great restaurant, it is ideally located. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to a return visit.

Location, Location, Location

This was a lovely 2 bedroom property that had a spacious living, kitchen, dining area. We were looking for a quiet spot for one of us to recuperate and this filled the bill. A 2 minute walk got us to the farmer's market and some great restaurants. 10-15 walk got us to the pier and beach. A terrific welcome basket greeted us and the unit was very clean. We will return here when we next come to San Clemente.

Dog friendly comfy apartment great SO CA location

Had 2 dogs, a small 28 incher and a big lab. We were 4 adults, 2 couples. My son and fiancee took the bedroom with the queen bed and my husband and i slept in the room with the double and bunk beds. Other than having to share 1 bathroom, which was fine, we had to accommodate each other, the apartment is plenty spacious with enough beds for at least 6 folks or more. Could add another couch or a couple more chairs and give up the recliner which was bulky and not very comfortable. House not suited for folks with mobility issues. Location was just great, lovely SOCAL beach town. Owners were staying upstairs during our stay, and we could have asked for any help if needed. Really lovely welcome basket with a bottle of wine and nice goodies. Kitchen had all the accouterments needed. We grilled a large leg of lamb on the outside grill and made big pan of enchiladas. No dishwasher but not a problem at all. Loved the automatic special lights in the dark corridors and bedrooms. Going to get me some. Loved the outside patio, though it rained when we were there. Saw the upstairs unit, much larger and would have booked that for a larger group. If you plan on renting, make sure you have time to do the towels in the washing machine before you leave. Thank you Suzi for making us welcome. We plan on visiting again.

Lovely cottage close to beach & shops!

This lovely 2 bedroom cottage is spacious and suited our family of 5 well. The cottage is walking distance to the pier and shops along Del Mar. Very clean & comfortable, we highly recommend!

Great, well stocked dishes, spices, etc. clean and well decorated.

The owner, Suzi was wonderful and answered all our questions and helped with noisy renters upstairs. It was very relaxing and roomy even for 5 adults and our dog. We may return ro stay in the top unit. There is a fabulous cultural center built in the 1920's about a block away!

San Clemente Beauty! Look no further!!

Had a wonderful 5-night trip with my wife and young daughters. The unit is quite large with 2 bedrooms... it's extremely well maintained and had everything we needed to thoroughly enjoy ourselves. One pleasant surprise is that parking is a breeze here with your own garage bay and there was always plenty of space on the street. The owner Suzi is very accommodating and the place has to be one of the best values in all of San Clemente. We will be back for sure!

Perfect family home in San Clemente

My family of 5 including 3 kids just had an amazing 10 day stay!! We absolutely love this home it's perfect!! Spacious, clean, quite & convenient. We were able to all sleep very comfortably with all the bed space. We cooked alot in the large kitchen with had everything we needed. We were able to take a 5 minute walk either into town or down to the pier. There is so much to do in walking distance from this cute home that you barely need your car. We were sad to leave but deffinetly will be back again!!

This property is in a prime location where you can walk to town in less than 5 minutes and beach in less than 10 minutes. You can park your car and walk or ride your bike. While San Clemente is a small town, it offers an abundance of activities to occupy your time. Explore the beach and its 4 1/2 mile(r/t) beach walk! Swim, surf, kayak and fish all day! Enjoy sunset viewing on the pier or while barbecuing alongside your fire pit on the beach! Numerous restaurants and boutiques (1 block away) offer much to taste and experience. There are many local restaurants with a variety of cuisines. Happy Hour is available at many eating establishments. Several breweries offer fine brews and a great launch to microbreweries in the San Diego area!. Wineries abound. There is plenty of bicycle riding throughout San Clemente and along Pacific Coast Hwy. The Cabrillo Playhouse, offering plays throughout the year, is just a 1/2 block away. Enjoy music nightly at several locations within walking distance. Don't forget the Farmer's Market each Sunday on Avenida del Mar and Wednesday at North Beach where you will find fruit, vegetables, flowers and artisan crafts!

You can feel right at home while staying in this clean and comfortable home. There is plenty of space between bedrooms which offers privacy while on vacation. The ocean breeze that fills each room helps you to relax and enjoy the wonderful location. Perhaps best of all is the location. You never have to get into your car to enjoy all there is to offer.
