Bathroom essentials such as fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper are provided during the stay. If you need more, let us know so we can coordinate and arrange it.

Guests have access to everything in the condo except for a supply closet. You will also have access to all the resort`s amenities, including the fitness center, pool, hot tub, and underground parking.

The public Canmore Roam Bus is also a great way to explore the local area. The Banff-Canmore Regional Service also regularly runs between Banff and Canmore.

-Construction is currently underway in the building during working hours up to May 15, 2026, ensuring a better experience for all guests.

-The underground heated parking has a maximum height capacity of 7`6.`

-Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed.

- Access to the gym at One Wellness Spa requires a fee, which must be paid directly to the spa.

Welcome to your home away from home! We have created a set of house rules to guide you through your stay. These are designed to protect our property, respect our neighbours, and ensure everyone has a pleasant experience.

Please take a moment to review our house rules, which include the following:

1. If faced with an unexpected problem inside the unit, guests must constructively collaborate with us in good faith and allow access so we have an opportunity to provide a resolution.

3. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events.

4. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.

5. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.

6. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation.

7. This unit has a maximum capacity of 7 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.

8. NO PETS allowed.

*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation).


9. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post`s FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages.

10. Please check your belongings before your leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.
