During the summer, complimentary E-Frog electric shuttle service may be available in the Little Elm area, and Bird scooters may also be available seasonally.



Other Things to Note:

This listing is for the main 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath house. The separate guest house next door is a different private accommodation with its own entrance and is not included unless booked separately.



Pets are welcome with an additional fee. Please include the number and type of pets you plan to bring in your booking message.



The home is designed for entertaining and group stays, with extensive indoor and outdoor gathering space. You must book according to your group size and coordinate with owner for any additional/Day guests. Please be respectful of the neighbors and observe applicable quiet hours.
