Step inside and feel right at home in the cozy living area, ideal for movie nights after a day in the sun or a quiet morning with coffee and your favorite book. The bright, fully equipped kitchen makes mealtime a breeze, and just beyond it, you’ll find a queen bedroom tucked away for peaceful rest. Continue down the hall to the master queen suite, complete with a desk for remote work or writing postcards from paradise.

The spacious main bathroom features a convenient step-in shower, while the back washroom is a true beachside bonus — perfect for rinsing off sandy toes or your pup after a fun day by the waves. This area includes a walk-in shower, laundry space, a separate toilet room, and handy storage for shoes and beach gear.

Outside, enjoy a large backyard shaded by fruit trees, complete with a fire pit for gathering under glowing sunsets or starlit skies. With covered parking, a large driveway for multiple vehicles, and even a Free Little Library on the corner, Pelican Cove offers all the small touches that make a beach stay feel extra special.

Pelican Cove is a non smoking unit, and is pet friendly for an additional fee of $150 per pet, max 2. (dogs only please) Bookings through a third party site (VRBO), will have this fee added onto your reservation at the office.



Your reservation includes a $250 credit for beach gear! Choose from bikes, coolers, beach chairs/umbrellas, beach wagons, kayaks, paddleboards, and more. Best part, its delivered to the unit and is waiting for you upon your arrival.
