Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry the pet odor, towels left in the washer, and hair in the showers affected your stay. This is not the level of cleanliness we aim to provide, and your comments have been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for review. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and hope to provide a better experience in the future.

We’re also happy to hear the pet-friendly location made it easy to bring your dog along. We appreciate you staying with us and hope to welcome you back again soon!

Thank you for sharing your experience. We are delighted that you enjoyed the wonderful sunset views, the convenient beach access, and the excellent parking during your stay. Your helpful suggestions regarding the kitchen provisions and the staircase are appreciated and have been passed along to our internal team for review. We maintain a freshly sanitized environment for every arrival, which occasionally limits the supplementary items we can leave behind, but we always value hearing what would make your time more comfortable. We look forward to the opportunity to host you and your puppy again in the future.
