Pet-Friendly 4BR Cabin - Private Backyard Access to Nickerson State Park

This pet-friendly 4BR cabin provides an utterly peaceful and private respite just minutes from Main Street. Backyard trails lead directly into Nickerson State Park, with miles of bike trails and fishing ponds. Fall is one of the best times to be on Cape Cod — quieter beaches, beautiful days outdoors, cool evenings around the fire pit, and all the charm of Brewster without the summer crowds. The open floor plan and giant deck were made for gathering and enjoying the natural beauty of the Cape.

The House:

Boasting a gorgeous double-sided fireplace, the first floor's open floor plan includes the dining room, living room, and kitchen, enhancing its "cabin-in-the-woods" feel. Sink into the oversized sectional and enjoy the 55” Roku TV, curl up with a book in the reclining chair by the fire, or catch up on some work with our high-speed WiFi. The first-floor bedroom requires no stairs to access, contains a queen bed and large closet, and is directly adjacent to the first floor bathroom.

Upstairs are three of the four bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed as well as a small futon and coffee table, with extra-large leisure space and four big windows facing the woods. The second has a queen bed with a small workspace and a beautiful view of the backyard. Third is the "kids" room, with a twin-over-full bunk bed, a separate twin bed, and an extra twin trundle, plus plenty of age-appropriate books and games. The upstairs bathroom has a full tub and shower, cedar-lined walls, and a fun retro feel.

Each of the four bedrooms has a luggage rack, chest of drawers, charging station, and closet.
