The home is beautiful, the neighborhood is beautiful and the location is very close to the beach. The neighborhood exit is directly across the street from the free parking, public beach access. The golf cart is a nice touch! I would 100% love to stay here again. Perfect stay and highly recommend.

We are happy we rented this place. It fit our needs very well. We especially liked the location near the beach, the quiet and safe neighborhood, the pool & hot tub a stone's throw away, the excellent golf cart (road legal!). Very spacious and clean. Communication was quick.

The home was nice and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with all things you would need during your stay. Small gated community with pool. Golf cart was a great bonus to get around town. We enjoyed our stay and will look forward to coming back to Destin for another trip in the future. Nadia was responsive and took care of our concerns.

The house is gorgeous, beautifully decorated and in a perfect location. The gated community is right across from the beach and offers a beautiful atmosphere. We enjoyed the pool, basketball courts and pickleball. We loved the balcony outside the master bedroom and the screened in porch. The furniture and beds were comfortable. Our whole family had a relaxing break! We will definitely be back!

The walk to the beach was quicker than if we had stayed on the beach in a condo. Also could see the ocean from the crows nest. Much better and nicer than Beaches be crazy around the corner. The beaches be crazy house looked like a cheese cake factory on the inside. The house we rented was nice and classy. Plus the beaches be crazy had breezeway holes in the stair case that would be super dangerous for babies. This house was super safe for babies. Glad I didn’t stay with family at beaches be crazy and instead rented our own house.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. We would definitely come back! It's a gated community with easy access to the beach - especially with the included golf cart. Golf cart is a must!!!! I can't say enough how clean this home is and good it smells. We loved the balcony. The host is very fast to respond to any questions.

We loved our stay and didn’t want to leave! The house was perfect. The equipped kitchen had everything we needed. The stocked amenities covered all that we needed during the stay (TP, paper towels, dish pods, hand soap, etc). Bed were comfy, appliances were all great quality, and plenty of towels/washrags. Our family of 4 had plenty of space and then some. There was a bonus loft that we loved for movie nights and for the kids to hang late at night, although we didn’t spend a ton of time in the house since weather was great! The location was fab, and we took the included golf cart most of the places we wanted to go! We loved that golf cart and it kept ample charge the whole stay as long as you charge it at night. The gated community was nice, and the gate knows your cart upon return. The house is only a block away from the community pool, an easy walk or quick zip with the cart. We hit the pool during the slower times and had moments we got to enjoy the whole pool to ourselves! The house has a whole outdoor closet full of beach amenities! It’s a jackpot for beach chairs, umbrellas, inflatables, etc. The beach access (public access near Crab Trap) was only a couple minutes drive in cart. If you go in morning or in afternoon around 3 you’ll find plenty of parking. Between around 9-1 is very busy if looking for a parking spot then. A couple times we setup our umbrellas right next to the private beach line and had ample space for our family fun all day. Ready to return!

Wonderful home in a wonderful area. The home was well stocked with anything you may need. It was so clean as well. The golf cart was very nice to have. Would definitely book this home again!

House was very nice and clean. Location is close to the beach and other attractions. The golf cart was a plus during our visit for the Fourth of July holiday weekend.The staff was very nice and professional. We really enjoyed our visit and will book again in the future.

This is the perfect beach home away from home! Cozy, spacious, and stocked with thoughtful amenities. An extra fridge for beach drinks? Check! Bonus third-story-room for late night movies? Check! AND a golf cart! Walking distance to the pool, the beach, and The Crab Trap. Nadia was friendly and very quick responding to our questions.

Excellent location in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. My wife and I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood every morning around 6:30 a.m., and it was always peaceful and relaxing.The house was very nice and comfortably accommodated our family of six adults. We appreciated the beach chairs that were available for guests to use. We also purchased a 10x10 beach tent during our stay and left it behind for future guests to enjoy.The pool and fitness amenities were outstanding and provided something for everyone in our group. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely book this property again if we return to Destin.

Great property -excellent location, amenities, etc as described in listing, hosting communication all top notch - my only subtraction on the visit rating would be the state of the outdoor upstairs deck & back porch screened in patio - the upstairs deck area is a wonderful space but in need of a pressure washing to remove standard coastal area environmental build-up - the screened in patio is also nice, but suffers from the placement of a popular pellet smoking grill in that area, which has obviously been in frequent use, but left the area with a bit of an oily grilling sheen on many of the porch surfaces - overall accurate listing & enjoyable place to stay
