These are comfortable holiday apartments in a villa near the beach in the well-known Croatian seaside town of Medulin.

Medulin is on the southern tip of Istria and has a magnificent, long coast, surrounded by a chain of small islands. Today Medulin is a well-known tourist centre with suitable infrastructure.

It is on the ground floor and provides 90m² of living space for four to five people. There is a big hallway and living room comprises a living and dining area with a sofa, dining table and TV, and a modern built-in kitchen with an electric stove, fridge and microwave. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, WC and hairdryer. A supplementary bed can be added for a further person. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning, free wireless Internet access, a washing machine and a vacuum cleaner.

The apartment also has two terraces with garden furniture. You can park your car conveniently in the spacious interior courtyard. The beautiful shared garden has play equipment for children and a brick-built barbecue.
