Summer Winds B-435 is a fourth floor 3-bedroom 2 bathroom condo with enchanting Atlantic Ocean views and entertaining community amenities!
Featuring a Living Area with a Flat Panel TV with Cable, DVD Player, and Queen Sleeper Sofa; Well Equipped Kitchen with stove/oven, coffee maker, refrigerator with attached ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, slow cooker, and blender; in unit washer/dryer; hair dryers, iron/ironing board; outdoor deck with furniture; and 3 bedrooms for restful relaxation.
Bedroom #1 offers a King bed, cable TV, private en suite full bath, and access to the deck. Bedroom #2 offers a Queen bed, cable TV, and access to the Shared Full Bath. Bedroom #3 offers 2 Twin Beds and cable TV, and access to the Shared Full Bath.

NOTE:
-There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.
-3 Car Maximum for parking.
-There is no room in the boat parking area for renters' boats.
Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly stays.
No Smoking.
No Pets.
Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.
Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
