Inside, the layout is bright and inviting, built for together time. The open-concept main floor connects the living room (LCD TV), dining area (seats 6), and kitchen counter seating (seats 4) to a fully equipped kitchen—perfect for breakfasts before the parks and relaxed dinners after. Step outside for your own backyard reset: private pool time for a mid-day dip or a laid-back evening unwind.

Upstairs, everyone gets their own space with bedrooms arranged around a cozy loft / recreation area with a Smart TV, making it easy to mix quiet downtime with movie nights and kid-friendly fun. You’ll also find a full-size washer and dryer upstairs for extra convenience during longer stays.

Housekeeping: no daily cleaning included; home is professionally cleaned/inspected before arrival. Mid-stay cleaning available for an additional fee.

Other Important Details

Trash: daily valet service — place closed bags in the outdoor container

Resort access: full names of all adults (and minors driving) are required

Parking: no garage — parking available in the driveway and nearby community areas

No smoking inside the home or with windows open (US$ 300 fine)
