Navigating historic architecture simply requires standard care. Knowing your needs, I personally helped you with your heavy luggage upstairs to make your stay as smooth as possible. ​Our apartment is thoughtfully furnished in classic Florentine style, exactly as shown in our listing photos, to offer an authentic local experience. Furthermore, our location is exceptionally convenient: the new tramway stop in Piazza San Marco is just a short walk away, offering a quick, direct, and very budget-friendly connection (€2) to the airport and train station for all our traveling guests. ​We strive to provide personal and helpful support to all our guests, and we wish you all the best in your future travels. ​Best regards, Alfanihouse

Thank you for sharing your experience and for your kind words regarding the spaciousness of our rooms and our helpful communication. ​However, we would like to clarify a few points you mentioned: ​Style and Furnishings: The apartment is decorated in a classic Florentine style, featuring period furniture and fine fabrics (such as the Gobelin sofa) specifically chosen to offer an authentic atmosphere, consistent with the photos in our listing. These are not "old" furnishings, but rather a deliberate aesthetic choice aimed at highlighting the historical character of the home. ​Cleanliness and Linens: We take hygiene very seriously. The house is delivered perfectly clean and tidy; naturally, during the stay, the daily upkeep of the space is the guest's responsibility. As for the linens, we replace them constantly and ensure they are always of high quality. ​Location: Being in the heart of the historic center, just 5 minutes from the Duomo, is our greatest asset. It is inevitable that such a central location involves a certain urban vibrancy and the flow of tourists. Regarding the roadwork and the maintenance in the adjacent building, these are unfortunately municipal and external projects beyond our control. ​We hope that, despite these details, the charm of living in the heart of Florence made your stay enjoyable.
