I had a great stay! The location was perfect—right on the beach and just a short walk to the Newport Pier. It was clean, relaxing, and made it easy to enjoy the ocean, restaurants, and everything nearby. I’d definitely stay here again!

When we arrived, there were two huge bulldozers piling sand so high right off the patio we did not have a view of the ocean as advertised. The noise for two days, made it impossible to enjoy our stay. I tried to get a response from the host. It seemed I was texting with AI. Finally I called and got a person, but no one ever came.I asked about lighting the fireplace in the patio area. They said they would send someone over but never did so we were unable to ever enjoy the outside fire as shown in the picture.I realize the weather had caused a lot of concern and they were piling the sand for a reason, but I should have been informed. I had asked the week before if the home was being affected by the weather or waves and told it had not affected the property. It was a very frustrating situation and I believe they should have taken their property off being rented for that period of time. At the very least, it would have been nice to know ahead of time the situation we would face when we arrived.

Great beach front getaway

We enjoyed our week on the sand. We are locals and were just looking to get away for a week and see how we liked living on the sand. The outdoor space and fire pit were the highlight of our trip.

Loved it!

You just cannot beat being right on the beach! We had so much fun! The layout of this place was perfect and the beds were comfortable. We liked how the towels were packaged and placed on the beds in a variety for each individual. I would definitely recommend this place!
