'On The Sand' med privat adgang til stranden, er dette ombyggede fuldt møblerede strandhus ved havet beliggende i det absolutte hjerte af Laguna Beach Village. I gåafstand til alle de berømte restauranter, kunstgallerier, butikker og underholdning tilbyder dette sommerhus den ægte 'ferieliv'. Det åbne store værelse og det helt nye gourmetkøkken har udsigt over havet. Perfekt hjem til underholdning eller afslapning på de solbadede private dæk. This is a fabulous beachfront gem! My husband and I have stayed here since 2020 and we have made it an annual trip. We absolutely love this house, location and it’s the perfect beachfront getaway in Laguna Beach! We can’t wait for our visit in 2026!

Laguna Beach Cottage

We spent a week in this Cottage on the beach in early March. The home is very nice with nice views of the ocean and direct access to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

This property met so many of our requirements. Very well appointed and a beautiful setting. The only appointment suggestions we have are to add placemats and coasters, there weren’t any.

We always take a family trip with our Kids and grandchildren every year. They love the ocean!

We loved the house and the location. It is literally right on the ocean! The house is beautiful and very comfortable! The management company and owners were very nice and very accommodating ! We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful Beach House in Laguna

This is a well appointed beach house in the heart of Laguna Beach. Two beautiful bedrooms - one with a King; another with a Queen. The areas with bunk beds is a bit small - would be best for smaller children. Can’t beat the location.

This original Laguna Beach cottage is a gem! In the center of the village, it’s easy to walk to shops and restaurants. The view never gets old! It’s such a perfect spot you won’t want to leave. Thanks Angie and Al. We’ll be back!

Great stay!

Location is incredible, the house sits further back than neighboring properties. The view from the porch is blocked by building on the left. Unfortunate but that seems to be the norm on California beaches . Would stay there again.

Laguna Beach Cottage Gem

My husband and I had the most amazing time for the 6th year in a row and already booked our 2025 trip at this beachfront cottage. The home is perfect, cozy, clean, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen and amazing balcony’s for laying out, relaxing or watching the sunset! This home is the perfect location right on the beach with unobstructed views and walking distance to downtown. I highly recommend as I do every year. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Surf and Sand in Laguna

We had an amazing stay at this incredible cozy, tastefully restored beach house. Nestled in the heart of downtown Laguna Beach. If you like to eat, there are plenty of top notch restaurants within blocks from your door. We loved walking and taking in all the Art shops and boutique shopping on the PCH and Forest Ave. I would have to say that walking the beach every morning and late afternoon to watch the sunset, and relaxing on the scenic oceanfront view decks, listening to the waves crashing the beach was our highlight of the staycation. After being here for almost a month it’s a given that we will be booking this cozy beach home again for a month next year, and make it our VRBO home away from home. Angie and Lily always responded immediately and took care of anything and everything we asked for. The cleaning girls did an amazing job when we requested extra cleaning and were very accommodating. Overall it was a great holiday xx

Stunning Beach House in the heart of Laguna Beach!

This beach house is just amazing! My husband and I have rented this house every year and sometimes multiple times a year since 2020. We just finished our annual week here and we are already planning our 2023 stay. This property is beautiful and has a warm and relaxing feeling. It is located right on the beach with amazing unobstructed views of the water and beach. You can watch the waves and surfers from the top balcony. It’s just breathtaking and so relaxing. The beds are extremely comfortable and the property is exquisitely clean. The kitchen is fully stocked and they have a grill on the outside patio if you want to grill at home and watch the sunset. It is located in the heart of Laguna but far enough away from the crowds. It’s very quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. You can walk into town each day and night for lunch, shopping, dinner, festivals and entertainment. This is one of our favorite rentals and we look forward to 2023!

Paradise

Perfection... from the moment we arrived and was personally greeted by Deanna, the property manager, to our final beautiful sunset dinner overlooking the Pacific. We spent a glorious week with our 3 boys at this beach house. The home is warm, inviting and oozes with charm. It is impeccably decorated with taste, yet "family friendly". My husband and I love to cook so we were delighted with its fully-equipped gourmet kitchen and outdoor grill. The house provided the perfect layout to give my husband and I a balance of privacy and family-time with our boys. The downstairs level is a romantic master suite with a sitting area, fireplace and glass doors that open to direct ocean view. The main level has a cozy 3 bunk room and a separate queen suite with a comfortable living room and a dining area that again opens to direct ocean view. Our initial plan was to use this location as home base to daily excursions to nearby towns and attractions, but by day 1, we realized nothing out there would even compare. So we spent 7 days in Laguna, content to enjoy the beautiful beach house as we were lulled by the sound of crashing waves and mesmerized by the sunrises and sunsets. Book it...and you too will be enamoured!

Ultimate Oceanfront Retreat

If you are contemplating renting this home, it is absolutely worth the splurge. The property manager is extremely responsive. The photos are representative of this gorgeous space. If your expectations are high based on the photos, in person, the view does not disappoint. This beachfront cottage has 4 outdoor deck spaces that rival the beautiful interior. Even with all of the doors and windows closed, you can hear the relaxing sound of waves crashing on the beach. Begin your morning with a walk towards Main Beach via private access to the sand. The shops and restaurants of Laguna Beach are a short 10-15 minute walk away. Many restaurants are open with expanded outdoor seating. Or consider carry-outs from local restaurants and continue to enjoy the view. Laguna Coffee Company and Orange Inn are a short walk for coffee in the morning. Ralph's grocery is a also close. Thalia Surf Shop is a stone's throw away. Rent anything you need there (boards, wetsuits, etc). One morning I walked to South Swell Donuts (that was a bit far but worth the trip). You do not need to a rent a car, though we did to maximize flexibility. We found ourselves (all adults for this trip) gathering together each evening for cocktails to enjoy the spectacular sunsets. Some days we cooked dinner (all appliances are of high quality). Truly there is no reason to leave the house and we all found ourselves gravitating towards the ocean for surfing, swimming, walking or just enjoying the view. Note: we did not utilize the Jacuzzi, BBQ or outdoor fireplace because it was too warm for that when we were there. We will definitely be back.

Had a wonderful week here. This is a very well supplied home from the kitchen, to bedding, towels and beach towels. Extremely clean inside and out. Plenty of seating outside, but not a lot of shade. One umbrella in the table outside. Bbq grill supplied with extra propane and the hot tub on the second level was great. We will be back.

Beautiful Luxury Beachfront Property in the Heart of Laguna Beach

This is our third year to rent this home and it was again FABULOUS!!! We have made this home part of our summer family tradition and we look forward to next year! The location is amazing, amenities great, the home is beautiful, you can hear the waves and watch the ocean from 4 different balconies. The property managers are excellent as well. See you next year Laguna Beach! We can’t wait and thank you for the memories!

Getting a postage size piece of ocean front is costly in California but meeting other rental neighbors next door and within a block confirmed this property is definitely out of line. And only 1 key! NOT a sleep 8 house!! 2 beds -1 K & 1 Q (soft bed so back issues):-& hot tub is a chlorine dunk tank, not a deal breaker but if important - fyi. House was great but could have hit 5 star if it was $10k less but too many layers of mgmt

Perfect for our family

The Laguna Beach house was perfect for our family. It is a hidden gem. A wonderfully renovated original Laguna Beach cottage. The four terraces are perfect for spreading out and watching the daily surf lessons. Very clean, tons of towels, bath and beach, great washer and dryer. Kitchen has everything you need. Beautifully decorated. Enjoyed the fireplace. Location is amazing. Everything close by and trolley super convenient.

FABULOUS LOCATION AND BEAUTIFUL HOME

It’s like waiting up to a dream every day. This home captures the essence of a coastline dreamscape from the moment you walk into the door. The ripples that crashes on the sand right in front of your eyes is breathtaking. Plus the walk to nearby shops and restaurants are unbeatable!!! The multi-level decks made it great for the teens to have personal space but being together at the same time. Outstanding property!!!!!!
