The stay for four of us in this location was just what we wanted. The house was clean, the beds comfortable, the location very convenient to all parts of Estes Park, and the view spectacular.

This is a beautiful condo with plenty of space and amazing views of the mountains. It's quiet but close to trails and shopping. My family of 4 (2 teens) enjoyed our stay and the hot tub was amazing! I recommend and would love to come back!

I've stayed at different cabins around Estes Park, but this one hands down has the best view! The kitchen was well stocked, rooms were kept clean, and the hot tub was the best! The amount of pre-check-in communication feels a bit excessive, but overall, the experience was really smooth.

Great location that’s a short drive to Estes / Rocky Mountain national Park entrance. The unit was extremely clean. Loved having the hot tub on the deck It was the perfect temperature. Very comfortable living room furniture. I would definitely stay at this unit again.

We loved our stay. The condo was clean, had just the right amount of space for our family of 5, and we all really enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. We would definitely book this place again.

Beautiful location just outside of Estes Park with great views. Locating the unit was challenging as the provided address is a community of many buildings/units and it was a bit confusing to find the unit that was tied to the rental. Adam was very quick to respond to texts with questions about the unit number and parking. The unit was clean and well stocked and they even provided some "exploring essentials" like liquid IV, sunscreen, and lip balm. As others have stated, there are a bunch of stairs to reach the unit so pack light! The only thing we would recommend is adding grab bars and/or a rubber mat for the Jacuzzi in the master bathroom as it can be quite slippery getting in and out. Thank you!

Perfect place for a trip to Estes and Rocky Mountain National Park. Great location and the views are beautiful! The hot tub is a great added bonus! As noted in the description, there are quite a few stairs to get to the home, but well worth it. If you have a lot of luggage, worth keeping in mind.

We found place on line, 3 days before arrival, somewhat off season so it worked. Loved the place, clean updated, great location. View was spectacular, a lot of steps to get there

We loved this condo! The views were stunning, bonus it had snowed the day before! There was plenty of space for all of us, the beds were comfy, the hot tub worked and we had everything we needed!(Towels, soaps, full kitchen, games)We didnt have many plans except to just hang out and this was the perfect place for that. The Few issues:The dryer was out but the property management were prompt to fix it / accommodate us.2nd the last 2 to 3 hours of our stay, the water was shut off to the condo. It seemed there was maintence being done on the condo below us, Im assuming that was the issue. I notified the who I needed to, but we didnt need the water to much there at the end anyway. Even with all that I would book this Condo again!

Nice area, not too close or far from Estes. Nice quite place, nice complete kitchen. Minor issues: had to call in to get internet access right, hot tub was not 100% clean, hot tub is a little small for 2 people.

We stayed here for the week for a vacation stay. We LOVED the rental. It was pretty, clean and conveniently located. It was plenty spacious for me and my husband, also our son, his family w/ 2 yr old granddaughter. The views were awesome and we all enjoyed the elk and deer all around us. We had all the things we needed for a nice, comfortable stay. My husband called and asked questions about the parking since one night there wasn’t a marked spot available but that was answered and all was well. We travel quite a bit and this place is gonna be one of our favorite to tell about. We would definitely stay here again!

The kitchen has utensils and dishes but no coffee. The hot tub was great but had way too much chlorine in it and it burned our skin and bleached our cloths. Other than that the views were breathtaking and the house was really nice

Overall area and house was good. Not super clean though. A lot of the dishes were dirty, bed frames, side tables, and lamps were dusty. Jets in master bathroom tub were disgusting and black looked like they hadn’t been cleaned. Chairs at the kitchen table had multiple stains and were not clean. There was also a very limited amount of extras. One thing of hand soap for the kitchen and two bathrooms and nothing to hand wash dishes. TV in main living area was awful, slow and did not connect to really anything (thank goodness for cable).

Advertisement cites 6 adults, but 2 beds (covering 4) and sofa bed that was not very comfortable.2. One bath was good, other one was too small.
