Step onto the balcony as the sun melts into the Gulf, painting the sky in colors you'll want to bottle up and take home. The sand is steps away. The waves are the only alarm clock you need. This upstairs beachfront retreat in Port St. Joe was made for couples who want to slow down—morning coffee with a view, afternoons in the surf, evenings with your favorite person and nowhere else to be. Bring the dog. Bring each other. Leave the rest behind.

We’re always just a text or email away if you need anything, while allowing you complete privacy during your stay.
You're right on Highway 98 in St. Joe Beach, Gulf on one side and all of Gulf County within easy reach on the other. A quick 10-minute drive gets you to downtown Port St. Joe's Reid Avenue, where locally owned restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques line a walkable main street—grab dinner at Uptown or ice cream after a beach day. The Constitution Convention Museum State Park and George Core Park/marina are also about 10 minutes away.
Heading south roughly 20–25 minutes puts you on Cape San Blas, home to some of the most pristine, least-crowded beaches on the Gulf Coast and T.H. Stone Memorial St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, consistently ranked among the best beaches in the country. St. Joseph Bay, just behind the peninsula, is one of Florida's top scalloping spots in season (typically August–September).
Mexico Beach is about 15 minutes northwest for a laid-back pier and seafood shacks, and Indian Pass Raw Bar is roughly 20 minutes for oysters the old-fashioned way. For a day trip, historic Apalachicola—working waterfront, oyster houses, antique shops—is about 35–40 minutes east.
You'll have the entire condo to yourselves—no shared spaces, just you two (and your pup) with full run of the place. Check-in is self-service via a smart lock, so there's no coordinating arrival times; your code is sent ahead of your stay. The unit is upstairs, which is part of what gives it that unbeatable sunset view, so plan on a flight of stairs with your luggage.
This one-bedroom, one-bath condo sits upstairs in a small beachfront complex of just six units, so it never feels crowded. Slide open the living room doors and you're on your own covered balcony facing the Gulf, with a private boardwalk leading straight to the sand—morning coffee at sunrise, sunset drinks after the beach, dinner off the electric grill while the waves roll in below.
Inside, the open-concept living area is bright and beachy: an orange accent wall, a round dining table for four, and a stocked bar cart (just bring the alcohol—we even keep king ice cubes in the freezer). The living room seats four around a Roku TV, with ocean-view windows so you're never far from the water.
The bedroom is a real retreat: a king bed with a woven headboard, all-new linens, and room to actually unpack instead of living out of a suitcase. The bathroom was recently updated with a new shower, complimentary bath products, and two plush robes—because a beach trip should feel like a spa trip too. Fluffy towels, a washer/dryer with complimentary detergent, and a hair dryer round out the essentials.
The kitchen is stocked for real cooking—stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, and cooking basics for a seafood dinner after a day of fishing or a scallop haul from St. Joseph Bay. A coffee station with a drip maker and a Keurig (plus complimentary coffee, tea, and condiments) means no hunting for coffee before 8am.
Traveling with your dog? We've got you covered with a dog bed, bowls, towels, a couch cover, poop bags, and shampoo in a basket, plus a rinse station at the door for sandy paws. We also supply beach towels, chairs, and a new shade cover, so all you need to pack is your swimsuit and sunscreen.
Free parking is available on the premises, with a covered ground-level area—no permits or street parking to worry about. Flamingo Cove is the last unit on the right in a small complex of six, and clear signage makes it easy to spot on your first drive up Highway 98. There's room for one vehicle. Extra vehicles can park along either side of the complex.
