Ten Mile Creek #117 is a cute, fully updated ground floor 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo only 3 blocks from the heart of Frisco Main Street. Sleeps 6. Walk to restaurants, shops, activities, marina and take an easy drive to 6 ski resorts. Near the Frisco Historic Park. Living room is south facing and has leather furniture, large flatscreen and gas fireplace. Patio-deck with seating for 4 and mountain view. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances and a dining table that seats 6. Free WiFi and cable. The unit is very near the clubhouse pool and hot tub. Laundry room is also close and offers coin-op washers and dryers. Lawn area for snow-play and summer picnic area with bike rack and picnic tables.

In the winter it's only 7 minutes to Copper, 15 minutes to Keystone or Breckenridge, 20 minutes to Arapahoe Basin or Loveland and 30 minutes to Vail. Enjoy the Frisco Adventure Park for tubing and Nordic Center for cross country skiing and sleigh rides.
Summer activities include numerous Main Street festivals, biking on the Summit County Rec Path which is nearby, hiking or mountain biking trails at the Peninsula or Rainbow Lake or Mount Royal areas. The Frisco Marina and Lake Dillon waterfront are an easy walk, bike or drive. The marina has SUP, kayak and canoe rentals as well as sailing and powerboats.
